If you can book direct through Basildon, you will save a lot of grief dealing with the very difficult staff at head office that dont seem to have the same quality of customer service

As it was the first time I had to hire…
As it was the first time I had to hire car, I was a bit sceptical. But the whole process was very smooth and the Branch Manager Barry took the time and explained everything in detail. I have to say he was very professional and always happy to help me with every time I requested for an extension. I would recommed Drivalia to my friends and family. Staff like Barry are a great asset to the organisation.

Brilliant service at Drivalia Basildon
Rented a van from the Basildon branch and the service was faultless. The vehicle was clean, modern, and perfect for the job. The staff made the handover quick and easy, which I really appreciated as I was on a tight schedule. Great rates and a very professional team. Will definitely use them again!
