Highly disappointing, unprofessional exeprience

I had a very bad experience with DriveOn due to lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I was verbally told that I could use the replacement car for 5 working days. At no point was it explained clearly that returning the car later on the same day would result in extra charges. Important information about late return fees and “unauthorized extended use” was never mentioned verbally and not clearly stated in the rental contract as well , only the deductible and insurance options were clearly explained which are for their monetary benefit.

Later, I received an invoice for extra charges based on details written in cryptic way in the rental contract.

It was put on me that I trusted what was told to me in person and on the phone. This selective sharing of information feels misleading and unprofessional.

On top of this, the car was given to me in a dirty condition, but I was instructed to return it clean, which I find unreasonable and unfair.

Overall, this experience shows a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no customer focus. It has completely broken my trust in this company. I would not recommend DriveOn to others and will avoid using their service again.

Very disappointing experience.
