Very informative salesman (Sam) was very patient with us ..

I went online and did the pre-approval process, 5 minutes it took, then went into the dealership and within an hour signed the documents for the vehicle I wanted.

Although I couldn't get my dream car in which they had, due to a higher down payment, I was impressed by the knowledge of my salesperson and how he provided options to get a reliable vehicle with low miles and a suite of benefits such as vehicle warranty protection, LOJAC, GAP coverage.

I am beyond happy and at this point they have earned the business of me and my family for years to come. The staff were very friendly and everything was completed just the way the website said it would be.

Kudos to the South Chicago evening team. They provided an experience I will never had even when I bought a new vehicle from a big dealer years back. Other dealers need to come and train with the Midlothian team and find out how the customer experience should be.

I was approved and I left the dealership with a car in a short period of time. No strong pressure. Friendly professional staff.

I had bought Chevy Trax 2019 and on the next day the engine light came on. I thought it was going to go off but it didn’t. I took it to Auto Zone to be tested and the code P2099 came up. This code means it needed a turbocharger. This would explain why it wouldn’t go over 30mph and it was jerking. I was very disappointed because the vehicle should have been thoroughly checked before giving it to the customer. I returned it and got something else. I hope I don’t experience any more problems. I would like to be compensated for my time and humiliation.

I can start by saying the team was very friendly upon my arrival and overall helpful until I had to return the car. I only drove the car for about a day and a half before it cut off and did not start back. I called to make them aware that the car did not start and was told to have it towed back to the shop after I put down $3000.00 if the warranty did not cover the expenses. The car was towed back to drive-time because If I went over a 5 day grace period I would be stuck with a car note for a car I could not drive. So I paid for 2 separated tows one to the shop and one back to Drive-time. It then took them 2 weeks to return my payment to find out that the car was still not drive-able. This has been the worst experience ever. It has been over a month and I can not even get another vehicle because they have bridge-crest as the bank who finance my loan and on my credit report it is still saying I owe a $21,000.00 loan. I called bridge-crest for them to tell me I had to reach back out to Drive-time for drive time to tell me bridge-crest will fix the issue. I recently filed bankrupt after my divorce and was told that this was one of the best place that would help. Again, worst experience ever. Now I have no clue on what I will do next. I feel as if I was lie to all so a sale could be made and the cost of my expense.

I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in until the time I left. The manager the salesperson the finance person all were nice and respectful.

I walked in with expectations of leaving with a vehicle and my expectations were met.

The process I'm buying a car at drive time was the most easiest that I've ever experienced in my life: very professional.

Everything went smooth and I am now driving a 2019 Hyundai Elantra, with a very small down payment.

Went in friday put down 3,600 for a ford escape. Left within a hour the car shuts off . So i go back talk to my rep he gave options on refund or taking it to shop . Ok cool … next day go up there the boss first off was very unpleasant and had a attitude like they didnt sell me a car and the trans was messed up !! It took me a hour to get up there having someone follow me because the car KEPT SHUTTING OFF !! I asked if i could get the other car i was preapproved for they said yes but thats the onmy option they could give . Then i see them selling the car to another customer in there so what exactly am i going to get ? If u guys claim thats the only other car i can get or put more money down . I have been paying so much in rentals literally used my last for that down payment . So I decided forget it ill just refund . She did not tell me until i read the paper that it will take a week or more for me to get back 2800 dollars . So how am I actually going to get around considering the fact yall sold me a car with a messed up trans? Then have the nerve to have a attitude and be rude ??! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ALSO THEY HAVE U THINKING U ARE PAYING WHAT U GOT APPROVED FOR WITH FINANCE I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY BACK 33,000 for a 10,000 car . Please do not shop here they don’t care to please and accommodate you . Called today still no check . Then i asked so by friday like u said ? “ well no i said 7-10 business days “ SMH !

I purchased a car but it was not the car the site said I could get! When I went in it was a totally different situation. But I needed a car and they knew I would take what they offered. Grateful for a car but not what I wanted at all!!!!
