That is stressful. Incident of car trouble. Not exactly sure what to do. How to do it when? How much in a financial rep is able to get another vehicle and trade in my old vehicle and it was a smooth transition. The energy felt good. There was no chaos and I was able to rest my nervous system. Highly recommend.

First was greeted at the door and made to feel welcome. Matt at the Clearwater location who I worked with was professional but also interested in myself.

The overall process was stress free and quick. Everything was explained in detail and Matt answered all my questions. Also the overall price of the car was well within my requirements.

I had an appointment at 11am and was out well within a 3 hour period

Everyone was friendly. The agent helped me find the right vehicle for my budget and helped me find insurance within the same budget.

Worst place ever. Talked to grace for a few days. Told me I was approved with no down payments. When u get there its just click bait. They tell u bad credit is not a problem, big lie.would never go back there again. All the cars have high miles Anthem, some have been into wrecks. Plz dont go there. Beware!!!!

It was the Salesperson Matt that made my experience exceptional. He listened to everything that I had to say regarding my need for purchasing a Car. He cared about my experience at Drive Time. He cared about my Finances and making my experience affordable. I would definitely tell everyone that I know to go to Drive Time and when the time comes for me to get another Car I will go back to Matt at Drive Time.

I could not be happier! Love my new car. The only thing about both locations I went to the cars need detailing several vehicles I went into were dirty, and the one I took home has a bad smell from previous owners. But I love my new car!

Darian Alonso was honest from the start. He was amazing, all car salesmen should take some lessons from him. Inventory was nice, application proses upto delivery was flawless. Great job!
