Setting up an appointment to test drive…

Setting up an appointment to test drive a car online was so easy. I was almost immediately contacted to confirm, and they had the car ready for me upon arrival. Tyler was so kind and helpful. He provided all the essential information regarding the car I wanted to purchase and talked me through the financing procedure. It made purchasing a car feel like a walk in a park. The whole office and those working were welcoming and helpful.

Five-Star Experience at DriveTime!

I had an outstanding experience at DriveTime! I recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Altima, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. My sales representative, Terrill, was absolutely amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. He answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and never made me feel pressured.

SOLD ME A LEMON AND WONT FIX IT

SOLD ME A LEMON AND WONT FIX IT. Customer service is terrible Jodi Brii and Bobby care less about their customers and will not fight for what is right. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and they will be hearing from my attorney and News 2 and I’m filing a complaint with the dmv. Fortunately I do have the money to take yall to court. I will see you all for the fraudulent actions and sales. This car is a 2022 Toyota Camry that has been in a major wreck as well as being held together by glue and zipties and Phillips head screws. There is so much damage to the vehicle that TWO BODY SHOPS have said they can not take it apart because they are afraid that it won’t go back together. This is insane do not trust them. We were assured when we bought the car that everything has been fixed PROFESSIONALLY AND IT WAS ONLY TWO MINOR ISSUES TWO. There is over 20 problems to the body mechanical and wiring system of the car.

I purchase a vehicle on June 3 2026 as of today car not running,they refused (Shay )to give me a loaner or put me in another vehicle they know they sold me a lemon 30days and July 14 2026 no car .but they want car payment really? I would not recommend anyone here or any location of there's.L.Cummings
