They sold a vehicle that they were supposed to call me back for after repairs
I applied online for a 2018 Dodge Durango and was approved. I scheduled an appointment to test drive and did on 02/05/2026. Spoke with the General Manager Billy Setzer at the Dixie Hwy. location in Louisville, Ky.
Together we noticed a whistling sound coming for the AC and he stated that he would have that repaired and it would probably take about a week and he would give me call back when it was ready to finalize the purchase. On Thursday, 02/12/2026, I called back and a lady informed me that vehicle wasn't ready but my name was in their system to call when they had the vehicle back. Today, 02/16/2026 I called again and Victoria informed me that they sold the vehicle on Saturday. I was in disbelieve and asked her to tell the manager (Brian Setzer) to give me a call to explain to me why no one gave me a call before they sold it. She said "ole well it's nothing they can do about it now". (no remorse)..The manager Billy Setzer didn't honor his word.

I purchased my vehicle from your dealership on 10/17/2025, and since day one I have experienced continuous mechanical issues with this car.
The vehicle broke down the first night I had it, only hours after purchase, and had to be towed to Kenny Towery’s on Dixie Highway. I was told they did not find anything wrong; however, it later became clear that the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected.
I then took the car to a Nissan dealership, where it was diagnosed with a failing transmission and alternator. The transmission replacement was approved and completed, but the alternator repair was denied by the inspector despite the ongoing issues. Since then, I have also replaced the battery at my own expense.
As of 12/26/2025, the vehicle continues to stall and shut off unexpectedly. This has caused repeated breakdowns, required multiple tows, and forced me to upgrade my AAA service due to frequent roadside assistance needs.
This situation is now affecting my ability to get to work, and I am on the verge of losing my job because my vehicle is unreliable. This has become a serious hardship and is impacting my livelihood.
I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this matter—either through proper repair of the vehicle or by placing me into a different, reliable vehicle. I need a safe and dependable means of transportation, and this situation cannot continue.

They said I was approved
They said I was approved. I told them I dont have a car and had to uber to the location. When I got there they said due to my income I needed a 13,000$ down payment. Even though I was approved for zero down. So it cost me 30$ to get denied basically. Then another 15$ to uber to work. Bait and switch.
