Jason was awesome he let me take all the time I needed. What I didn't like is that they did not have a large selection of vehicles and the vehicles that they mostly had were Kia's. I feel the cars are overpriced but, overall I had a good experience.

I purchased a car with them within a year. The car is down and undrivable the piece that needs to be replaced is discontinued and they want nothing to do with you after they get your money and get the car off the lot I called to ask what were my options, they said that they cannot help me and that I just need to make sure I make the payments

I've had my car 2 weeks transmission slipping, called drivetime they just tell you to call silver rock and shrug you off, after they have gotten your money already. They want me to pay for rental when I haven't even had the car for a full month. So I have to pay out of pocket after I already spent money for the car 2 weeks ago. I will never do business with Drivetime again they are not honest it's just a scam to get your money and when car breaks down they don't care not one bit about your situation. Don't get scammed like they scammed me.

The sales people at the Pittsburgh south and north Columbus Ohio stores are great love the experience like how all different cars I could choose from are all listed with down payment and monthly payment and just select the one you want. Only had my car one day so don't know yet if any problems love it so far. Your team at both stores made it fun they were great.
