The terms matched what was online…

The terms matched what was online before arriving. The wait was long and only 1 sales person was closing all the deals. The manager was nice but the vehicle was very very dirty. When I mentioned it everyone just send you off to someone else. Called customer service and submitted photos and all I received was empathy… even the supervisor stated it wasn’t supposed to be delivered in such a way.

Run fast

I have had nothing but trouble with the car I brought not even 31 days battery died check engine light on they sale you sliver rock and that ain’t worth nothing brought my car 1/29 problems started 2/28

They were very helpful

They were very helpful, Concerning and getting it done. Would have like if they have clean the car up so they didn’t have a detail shop they were helpful.

This was my first time at the facility and I was slightly apprehensive. Stanley was present and walked me through, step-by-step with the entire process. He answered any question I had and made sure that I understood everything from A to Z. His patience and welcoming spirit made it easy for me to decide on what vehicle would best suit me. He never once pressured me but instead helped encourage me to make such a monumental decision in car buying. I love my new car and I appreciate Stanley very much for working with me through this process!

I got a loan and made a appointment the…

I got a loan and made a appointment the same day. I met with James. He showed me a truck that did meet what I was looking for but I was concerned about the price. I did mention to him j had a loan and I think it was above the loan amount. We both was a little unsure how the loan process went because he hasn't been there that long. I spoke to a very friendly young woman at the front desk who explained the process to me. I also had to keep explaining to James that I still thought that vehicle was to much. He wasn't even trying to look for another vehicle for me. I had to tell him I wanted to look at other vehicles im not set on one vehicle and I would like to see something lower priced. He then goes to get a Nissan Arcadia or another truck that was more than the first truck. I spoke to the nice lady at the desk. Oh wait I did ask James abt another truck he did say they had a jeep. But he didn't mention what kind so I said no I didn't just want a jeep Cherokee because that's what he said. When I went to the desk the young lady said they had grand jeep Cherokees. I said oh ok I looked at them before. So James goes and gets them. Wanted me to test drive. I said no just run 2 of these Trucks. So me,one of my girlfriends and my nephew have Been there few hours. So he sends me a link and wants access to my bank account. I said I don't feel comfortable giving u access to my account. He said they need to see up until the last day or something so that's why they need access. So luckily my friend was there because she told me to take pictures of my transactions and send them to him as a email so they couldn't have access to my account. So the next thing was I receive social security and me and my mom share account. And on the statement because her name was first they told me she had to sign on as a co signer. I was like what! It said her name and for my name. But if he would have flipped the paper I had my own paper with just my name on it. I never went through this. I paid off my other truck a little over a year ago . And didn't need her or anyone to sign for me. I was selling my truck and was getting something else. Now I will take my loan without needing mom to sign and purchase a vehicle somewhere else! You should have flipped the page because you lost out n a sale! ...
Your reply sounds stupid and automated! Still doesn't make up for the fact that I had my own approved financing! And your only problem was from what I was told both me and mom's name was listed on paperwork. And her name was on top. So she needed to sign but I was approved for the loan. Then I had separate paper with just my name and my deposit. You just wanted her to be a co signer. But after reading the reviews from BBB! I'm so glad this happened! Because your reviews are horrible on there! So thank you

Salesperson was not at all…knowledgeable

Salesperson was not at all knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling us. He didn't listen any of the 20-30 times I told him I was not getting a warranty or lojack on my loan and went to grab the manager so she could then proceed to assure me that without this warranty the chances of me "going broke and filing bankruptcy" due to my entire engine needing to be replaced soon and me not being able to afford it go up.

PERFECT PURCHASE

I am so happy with my purchase. I went to drive time and I had the pleasure of having CJ help me Find my PERFECT vehicle. He was very PROFESSIONAL! very FRIENDLY! and an AMAZING! AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! sales person. His personality and knowledge of cars really impress me. I went into drivetime I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and CJ may that happen. I told him I needed the perfect vehicle for my grandchildren all 7. He did not encourage me to settle with the first vehicle that I test drove, he knew that I was on a mission to find the perfect vehicle. And that was accomplished thanks to CJ. He went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. He took extra steps in helping to make sure that it happened. He gave me advice on how to get this vehicle what I needed to do to make things happen. He did not give up on me and I'm so happy I did not give up on him. CJ is a very PASSIONATE SALESMAN and he's very passionate about his family and that really really impressed me. Believe it or not he spoke very loving and passionately of his wife and children. I was there from 10am til probably 3pm Taking my time making sure that I had that perfect vehicle CJ did not get a upset and he did not get lunch until later in the evening,once I was completed with my purchase. So sorry CJ you didn't get a lunch until late I know you were starving I could hear your stomach rumbling "LOL" Thank you CJ for your IMPECCABLE,
OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL,QUALIFIED SALESMANSHIP. My grandchildren love the vehicle as well. I wish you nothing but great success in the future continue with your awesome personality and great salesmanship.

So I bought 2015 jeep 12/9/23 within 30…

So I bought 2015 jeep 12/9/23 within 30 days it has been in the shop 4 times bad brakes, wheel bearing is bad, radio stop working the antenna was loose, i found out it had 3 recalls the jeep never should been sold to me it was unsafe to drive this company put a band aid on these cars but then the band aid falls off and you are stuck with the bill plus the car was not cleaned and I had no spare tire after numerous calls and getting people with authority they finally took the jeep back I will never refer anyone to Drivetime plus read the fine print the sold me 17,000.00 but in 2029 I would have paid 46,600.00 pymts were 600.00 month I could bought a new car with that rate they definitely switched up on you when u get there plus I did my research what I should have done in the beginning this company use to be call Ugly Ducking then they changed to Drivetime I wonder y also when it was time for me to check the car out he gave me a pad with a check list told me check off everything that not on paper that was a (red flag )but I still went with it my first time buying a car from Drivetime was horrible but I learned my lesson and the salesman never went out with me to look at the car he stay inside the whole time that a (another red flag) when you speak to Drivetime employees they sound like robots they keep repeating the same thing I guess that what they are trained to go I bought this jeep at the Glenn Burnie lot

Friend of Tiffany S

The quality of the vehicles are not up to part by any means. A friend of mine recently purchase a car for her freshmen daughter to be able to go to school safely. Within a couple of months the car is no longer operational. My friend stress how important this vehicle is to her family bc as mom of 4 its was imperative that her eldest was able to attend classes and she was able to go to her go work and run the multiple of errands on her plate. The car can't start now and after multiple attempt to get the matter rectify my friend is still without a working vehicle for her daughter. I'm posting this review because I was going to trade in by Nissan and was looking for a dealership base of my friend experience your company is not going to be on my list unless it's rectified.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE THIS PLACE…

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF MONEY I LITERALLY PURCHASED MY CAR ON JUNE 8 2023! ON JULY 4th I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY MY BREAKS STOP WORKING I LITERALLY HAD TO STOMP ON THE BREAKS TO GET TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD I WENT BACK UP TO THE DEALERSHIP JASON ( THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO & I WOULD HAVE TO FIND A MECHANIC TO TAKE IT TO! I FINALLY FOUND A MECHANIC THAT DRIVE TIME PROVIDED GOT MY CAR TOWED THERE ON SATURDAY JULY 8th TO HARRIS AUTOMOTIVE my CAR DID NOT COME OUT THE SHOP UNTIL JULY 13 GOT THE CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY IT CUT’S OFF WHILE IN REVERSE & THE RADIO IS NOT WORKING I ALSO I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM & THEY TOLD ME ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT I PROBABLY JUST NEED A OIL CHANGE! I GOT THE OIL CHANGE FROM CHEVY and THEY TOLD ME THAT ME THAT THE CAMSHAFT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED . I TOLD HARRIS AUTOMOTIVE THAT BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN THAT . I CALLED DRIVETIME AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY COULD ASSIST ME AGAIN THE MANAGER ( LJ ) TOLD ME ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO! 2 DAYS LATER AFTER I GET MY CAR FROM THE SHOP THE RADIO STOPS WORKING!!!!!! SO I TAKE THE CAR TO CHEVY TELL THEM ABOUT THE RADIO AND THE CAMSHAFT PROBLEM. CHEVY HAS THE CAR FROM JULY 13 TO AUGUST 4th 2023 BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY HAD TO TAKE THE ENGINE APART TO GET TO THE CAMSHAFT AND DRAIN IT OF ALL THE DIRTY OIL AND WHATEVER ELSE THEY HAD TO DO! NOT TO MENTION I JUST BROUGHT THE CAR ON JUNE 8 & ALREADY HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS BS .. I CANT WAIT UNTIL THEY COME GET THIS CAR THEY CAN COME GET THIS PIECE OF CRAP TODAY I WOULD NOT CARE! I PROMISE YOU DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE ! Everything went smooth I worked out a…

Everything went smooth I worked out a deal and got the car I really wanted. In five days time I realized something was wrong with the brakes I was advised by Silver Rock the warranty company to take the car to Firestone according to Firestone the rotors need to be replaced, need new brakes, something is going on with the brake drum and something else needs to be flushed. So at this point I am catching Ubers to and from work and wherever else I need to go because Firestone hasn’t supplied the pictures that Silver Rock requires to complete the work that needs to be done. Firestone is claiming they sent the pictures and Silver Rock is claiming they didn’t send the pictures. So I’m just stuck in limbo not knowing when and if the car will ever be fixed at this point and yes I did call Drive Time and explained the situation and they couldn’t give me any good advice on how to resolve the situation. So no I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING HERE!!!!

I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING HERE!!!! I brough my are in March, at the Owings Mills location. A 2019 Chevrolet Trax with only 3100 miles on it so I though I had got a good deal but that was not the case at all. A little over a week after I had it, the car started to malfunction, I put it in the shop and it's been there every since with electrical issue. This is just April and the car has been in the shop more then I have been able to drive it. The car is still in the shop today as we speak and I have to drive a rental, not to mention I am stuck paying car payments and insurance for a car that doesn't even work. Drive Time is not trying to help me at all. There is no possible way that this car could have passed inspection.
