Worest experience ever
So I came into drive time on beechmont Ave in Cincinnati an I was told that I had to go get a paper copy of my driver's license because my card was cracked an the lenders would not accept a cracked card, I asked If the lenders would take a paper copy and the sales men said yes so I went an got it came back I test drove a car an I liked the car an then I was told that because its a paper license that then lenders would only approve me for the car if I put 800 dollars down. Which was 500 more then the amount we agreed on. Worst car buying experience ever an will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Parking lot covered in snow
The guy that sold the car was not very personable. The parking lot was not even clear from the snow. None of the cars were cleared off and he had to clean off the car and shovel it out for me to look at it. The handicap spots were a sheet of ice.
