I purchased a car 2 months ago and started having problems a month later. Went and got it diagnosed and had almost 30 codes pop up! Horrible! How can you sell a car like that!

Fred at DriveTime Shreveport was extremely great. He stayed after hours and waited on me to travel from Jackson, Ms to Shreveport. His persona and attitude is top tier. I am so glad I had him as a salesman. He really made the car buying experience easy. Fred was very thorough and took his time articulating everything for purchasing the vehicle. He will keep you smiling and laughing like he’s known you for years. I would give him a 10/10 but they only have 5 stars. I would definitely look him up again when I’m in the market to purchase a new vehicle and send people his way. Fred was very professional, very humble, very vibrant and very demure!!

the car I was going to buy was sold before I got to the store even though set up a appointment and was told they took the car off the listing. There was no inspection sticker on the car and I go pulled over on my way home because of that.
