Overall, Vlad did everything in his power to find what I previously had. That way when all was done, I left the dealership happy. I gave Vlad details of what I wanted in a vehicle and he went above and beyond. He was pleasant the entire time and even did what he could to help with lower the interest rate. I do hope that if I do need another vehicle that I am able to buy another one with Vlad.

I’ll be honest about my experience. The purchase process itself was easy, and Vlad was probably the best part of it. He was patient, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated that.

The financing options are definitely a plus for people with challenged credit who may not have many other options. However, there is a downside that I think people need to understand before going in: you can end up with a fairly high payment on a vehicle that already has high mileage. When you’re already paying higher interest because of your credit, adding a high-mileage vehicle and a high payment can become a very expensive combination.

I was also disappointed with the inventory available within the different down-payment options. The selection felt limited, and I ended up buying a vehicle that I ultimately wasn't happy with. When I wanted to change vehicles, I was initially told I would have to pay a mileage charge. I pushed back on that, and fortunately the charge was eventually waived, which I appreciated.

Another thing I wasn't particularly happy about was the pressure to purchase the protection plans. I understand that these products are offered as an option, but I felt like I had to be pretty firm and repeatedly make it clear that I did not want them. If a customer says no, I think that should be respected without having to push back multiple times.

So, my advice is: go in knowing exactly what you're getting into. The financing can be helpful if traditional financing isn't an option, but don't let the convenience of getting approved overshadow the actual cost of the vehicle. Look closely at the mileage, total amount you're going to pay, interest, monthly payment, and any additional products being offered—not just whether you can get approved.

I would work with Vlad again because he was genuinely helpful and patient. But as far as the overall buying experience, I'd definitely tell other credit-challenged buyers to do their homework, know their numbers, and be prepared to firmly decline anything they don't want. The fact that you can get approved doesn't necessarily mean the deal is a good financial fit.

He was a great guy. Very patient and helpful. Answered all my questions and tried his best to get me into the best payment and car that I really wanted. He didn’t force a car on me. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen unlike Jeff Wyler.

DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME !!!!

Less than six months after buying a car from this lot my steering cut out. Took it to a mechanic to find out my ENTIRE steering column is corroded and needs replaced and OF COURSE it’s conviently not covered by warranty.

Car was a total piece of shit, and now im out 30k and still have no car to drive.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADEY DEALERSHIP.
