I had only 5 lessons with Jen and passed my exam on my first attempt. It was really short notice when I contacted her due to work commitments, and she was really nice to find times that would suit us... See more

Elevate are amazing!!!
OMG just looking at the reviews and it’s shocking 😮
I myself am 3 quarters Jamaican and I’m taking lessons with elevate. I wouldn’t go else where as this driving school is very diverse compared to other driving schools I see around. I’ve always been spoken to in a polite manner and don’t have one bad word to say about elevate, they’re amazing!!
the best
Did I actually just read that Elevate are Racist 🤣 I’m ethnic minority and my Elevate instructor was black and I passed 1st time ….
Racially abusive comments
I enquired on the packages they have as the descriptions in the web were unclear. I found the calls were answered by an answering company and they pass my details to Elevate Driving. I was told that I will receive a call from Elevate Driving; Instead I, received an insulting text message (which was one way and I don't have the option to respond to) with the wording "driving instructors look down at the people at NG3 (postcode)". Following the inappropriate text message, I called the general number again and mentioned that I would like to speak to the person who sent the text message. My message was taken and I was told that I would be receiving a call shortly.
Shortly, I received a call from a private number; the person on the line who refused to identify himself, spoken abusively, mentioned "a lot of colored people at NG3" and disconnected the call. I immediately called the number general number again; surprisingly it was answered by someone at Elevate Driving and identified himself as Jonathan upon asking for his name. I asked him about the procedure to file a formal complaint and his first question was "Is it Delvin or Devlin?" at which point I understood he is the person who was rude to me in the previous call from a private number. He suggested me to refer to their website and write a an email (for a complaint) which is unanswered over three weeks.
I have now referd this issue to the local council in hope that someone else would not have to go through my experience.
Terrible choice
Terrible choice, I couldnt belive it when they blocked my number, i couldnt get in contact with them to ask what's going on with my hours, just a nightmare, and was talked arogantly aswell, at first i didnt belived my number was blocked, i just thought they were busy, but i called them from a different number and got answered right away! So i understood, i payed allmost 350 pounds, and they blocked me to not even be able to ask for the refund! This company has so many good reviews, but it should be put for the instructors only, not for Elevate, they are a NIGHTMARE! I thought it was a scam cuz i couldn't belive a company that advertise itself as a professional one with years of experience will block their customers after they get their money for the lessons! I went to the police aswell as i never dealt with such things! Lesson learned for me, not everything that has 5 stars is genuine. Total dissapointment. Just to ad, i got more responses from the instructor than from Elevate! This school has only "Elevated" my dissapointment and anger! Elevate, you need to Elevate yourself better in profesionalism, and talking better with customers and not blocking them when you have their money.
Got covid then dropped by Elevate
I have been with Elevate since July of 2020 and I have had a good driving instructor I had lessons during lockdown as I was a carer everything was good, I even built up a friendship with my driving instructor during this time so when Christmas of 2021 came I caught covid and I told my driving instructor this even though I have had two vaccinations and a booster too , once my isolation was over I told my driving instructor I was ok to resume my lessons again two weeks went by I heard nothing from her so I messaged her again and told her I would be contacting head office because I didn’t know what was going on, I then received a message from her apologising she was sick wasn’t working, she had a doctors appointment next day I asked her to let me know how she got on , my brother saw her on a lesson the day after so I messaged her again and told her she said she was only doing a couple of lessons a day so she booked me in for the week after which was on the third week also which I have been told is a very unusual thing to do she asked me if I wanted my brother to sit in on my lesson too to which i said yes no really understanding the reason why, the next week came I heard nothing from her so I phoned head office only to be told that they give there instructors 72 hours to respond to there inbox she never three times in total I phoned head office and I was fobbed off every time with we will contact her my driving instructor to message you that didn’t happen, now it’s been nearly six weeks and I still didn’t hear from them so my brother and Sister in law decided to phone head office they asked what was going on and the person they spoke to said exactly the same thing as before they will contact my driving instructor to message me so my brother asked if the person thought that I was being treated fairly he wasn’t rude or abusive but who he spoke to said did she have covid so the reason why my instructor didn’t want to teach me anymore was because of that as she has a vulnerable relative and couldn’t take the risk, the person my brother spoke to was rude raised his voice and then hung up the phone on my brother so I decided to write a review on there Facebook page and it was on there I heard from them they told me that I was barred from there company in three different cities and said it was because my brother was rude since when is it being rude to ask what is going on and if the way I was being treated is fair , I have passed my Theory Test and had booked in for my driving test which I had to cancel due to my driving instructor not being free too take me and I have another test booked for May which because of Elevate and my instructor who would always promise me to check for availability for my test and never did I will have to cancel it I have lost out on valuable weeks of lessons when I am so close to possibly passing my test this experience I have had with Elevate has been shocking devastating they have left me with nothing and what does that say about them so I definitely don’t recommend Elevate
