Injured my grandmother

They did not take care of my grandmother in that they closed the door on her too quickly and her leg was badly bruised. She returned home in much pain and it took her weeks to recover. This is not a caring organisation. Best to avoid.

Never again

They were expensive but worse they ran 15 minutes late to fetch my 88 year old mom and then sped to make up time, narrowly averting an accident. My mom was shaking. Never again.
