When a matching slot appears, we send you an instant WhatsApp message and email with a secure booking link. You then log into your own DVSA account and confirm the booking yourself — we never hold or ask for your DVSA login credentials, and we never book on your behalf. Customers who would prefer some help can choose to be guided through the booking step over a live screen-share session with our support team, at no additional cost.
