Had a very disappointing and embarrassing experience with laser hair removal. I discussed what end result I wanted at the start and was told it would be fine and would work well. Each session the technician seemed to jump around with the laser and not be very systematic or cover all the area.some sessions I would have to point out she hadn’t done certain areas. Every session I pointed this out and every session I was given a different answer. Also the end result is extremely disappointing and the hair in some areas hasn’t even been touched - despite me having to point this out every session whilst feeling very embarrassed at having to say it repeatedly I even emailed as well to make myself extra clear but still the sessions didn’t seem thorough. Have spent a fortune and the end result looks worse than before.

Both myself and my son have had Moles removed by Mayoni, and I couldn't fault the service.

I also had thread veins removed, The required a second treatment, which was done without hesitation.

I would like it if they started doing the micro blading by Gemma again, as if they did I would visit more often.
Mayoni has always been warm and professional when I have visited.

I had a negative experience with laser hair removal. For starters the receptionist tried to over charge me every time I had a session which made me feel very uncomfortable and stressed out every time I went in for an appointment. Then the treatment itself was not well administered. I had my upper lip done and they literally gave me just one shot on each side of my lip. Needless to say several sessions and a lot of cash later I saw no results. I have now had the treatment done in a proper laser hair removal clinic where they charged me a lot less and actually sweep the area thoroughly with several shots. I found there was a high turnover of staff and not a very warm or friendly environment overall.

Mayoni is a consummate professional. You feel well cared for and in the safest of hands. Lucky to have this local gem.

Really disappointed, particularly as a returning customer. Decided to treat myself to an expensive treatment after a tough few weeks and being made redundant. After 3 weeks I returned for my ‘check in’ and attended the appointment unhappy with the results of the treatment but confident of a remedy (particularly based on past experience with Mayoni and having spent a lot of money with her in the past). It has always been my experience as a customer in an establishment such as this that if you are not happy with the results, given the cost of the treatments, adjustments are willingly made.
Story short, I was told that to improve the results of the area I asked to have improved, I would have to pay for a whole extra treatment. I was also told that (almost quoting here) “life is stressful at the moment and it unfortunately shows on your face”.
Suffice to say, still unhappy with my results, over £300 down, and will not be returning.
As I said at the beginning, so disappointed and let down after previous experiences with Mayoni, but this is not a cheap place to go and an I cannot afford to be ‘treated’ like this when I am spending my money to feel better and not worse.

I've been going to The Clinic for almost two years, and have always been super impressed with the professionalism, skill, expertise and warmth shown by Dr Mayoni and her team. And of course I've been very happy with the range of treatments on offer and the results!

Dr Mayoni is honest, attentive, highly experienced and supportive. I've always felt fully informed and in control - more so than ever when having a more advanced procedure that I was really nervous about.

Couldn't recommend The Clinic enough - especially if you value a more holistic approach and don't want to feel pressured into anything.

We needed to get a COVID-19 test in order to fly to Cyprus. Given you only have 72 hours to take the test and upload a negative result we were really anxious about getting the test results back in time. The clinic sent us a home test and we took the test as soon as the 72-hour window opened. As this was a Sunday we decided to drop the test at the lab in central London that morning just to give ourselves the best opportunity to get the result back in time. We need not have worried because we got the results back in just over 24 hours. We were so relieved and delighted! Dr. Mayoni made sure we got the tests in good time to take them and she followed up to make sure they were dropped off at the lab ok. She then sent the results as soon as they came back. I couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough!

I’ve had several different face treatment over the last year and I have always been very happy with my result. I always feel I’ve been well looked after by the professional staff.
