Left without a dress for my event
I had booked two dresses for two different events over a month ago. I received an email TODAY, informing me that they have mixed up the dates for both events. The dress for the first event, a ball happening in 2 days time, they have NO dress for me and the second event graduation I am in luck they still have that dress available. It is impossible to speak to anyone by phone, just unhelpful emails. They don’t seem to care at all that they have left me with NO dress for my event and no offer of any type of solution . Customers should be made aware of this. Dress hire company managing to mess up not one but two dates. I am just distraught as trying to figure out what I am going to do. I am flying back to Ireland especially for this event and I now have no dress.
