Great customer service.
One of the few companies I have dealt with over many years that goes the whole 9 yards to sort a problem out. Ordered a product I couldn't find in the UK, this arrived with one small part damaged due to the shippers stomping on I expect….
The initial contact was a bit slow but once we started really communicating this company pulled out all the stops. What started as "oh no why did I order from the US" ended up with super customer service sorting the problem out with no fuss. Great work guys.
