I loved Drooble
I loved Drooble and I considered it one of the best websites in the world. I was shocked to find that it had vanished into thin air. I'm still heartbroken.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I loved Drooble and I considered it one of the best websites in the world. I was shocked to find that it had vanished into thin air. I'm still heartbroken.
I am pretty upset that Drooble went to hell in a handbasket. They owe me some refunds for songs I requested reviews on. Today, 10/07/2024, I tried to open Drooble, but it seems it is gone. It has left the planet. Now, I have to investigate who the new management is/was so I can collect my money. I also back up what Rob Michaels reported
The site has been under new management for over a year. During this time, they've let the site deteriorate to the point of embarrassment.
All the musician services that were previously offered are gone, except song reviews. However, there are so few users available to do the reviews that those paying for them have to wait months to have them done, if they get done at all. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears.
The feed is filled with nothing but spam and pornography. The user base has dwindled to a handful of active users who do nothing but try to promote their music to each other, with little to no feedback There's no other interactiopn at all. That could be because notifictions and DMs haven't been working for months. The owners don't respond to emails.
The karma system, one of the few things that made the site stand out from other music sites, is also non-functional. The difficulty in earning karma points makes it almost impossible to earn enough to upload songs or purchase radio play, so few new songs being uploaded, and even fewer being played.
For all intents and purposes, the site is dead.
I'd give them a zero-star review if that was an option.
Artists pay for a service to have their songs reviewed, but unfortunately, after the reviewers reach the minimum for withdrawal in Karma or Cash (especially cash), they do not receive any compensation. It has been over a month that I have been waiting to receive my payment. I contacted support, which is practically non-existent, as they never respond. I am very disappointed and disheartened, especially considering that I work in radio and have often talked about this platform, inviting artists to sign up and promoting their music
Can't log in, says my email and password is wrong, been a member for over five years, never known such a mess as now.
I don't understand some of the negative reviews about Drooble. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've had a really good experience on there so far, and it's not as though I'm a super awesome musician or anything.
It seems like a great place to get feedback and exposure, and to see what other people are producing.
They offer a paid review service, but you can also get your tracks played on Drooble Radio for free, and other members can post comments and advice for you.
It could well be that the community's matured a bit since the bad reviews I guess, but I'd recommend it to any aspiring songwriter
4 years on and still getting spammed by drooble. The owner is (I'm being polite here) more than a bit odd and customer service is non existant. They seem year on year to be recruiting so can't retain staff and spam site users with endless offers all of which you have to pay for. Definately avoid
Dead social network. They started good, but it got dead after a while. No costumer support, no engagement, fake services. It supposed to be a network for musicians, but turned into a place for scammers by time.
Sorry Drooble to give you such a low review.
Everything was going great.
And then when I paid real world money for 30 song reviews marking 'WORK IN PROGRESS'.
I still get insulted about my music from juvenile people who shouldn't even have the privilge and the worst some guy this evening who flat out insluted me. This guy is on your Charts for R&B but one listen and the only genre you could compare that persons music to is some kind of weird Country music. Honestly that individual is the last person ever that should review an R&B/Soul Track let alone be ranking highly on your own charts under R&B with some kind of weird self aggrandaising Country Music Track Gone Wrong!
Another of your reviewers that insulted my was from a completely opposite genre Heavy Metal and they had a load of profanity and Satan Worship on their page and said a lot of nasty things to me in their review of my Song. That other person went further to attack me personally and I just don't think this kind of behaviour is acceptible for paying customers of your services. I hit the report button consistently for like 3 days now and not a single respons from Drooble, so where is your head at I wonder?
I'm so upset I'm in tears. I have not been able to go to Music school or Vocal lessons for 2 years and I put a track here and ask for some feedback from fellow musicans, and I pay for this!
And I get insulted and told to give it up and rethink it all!
I will quit this website and not recommend it to anyone, you have ruined my evening.
P.S When I hit the 'Report' button for 3 days I have had no response even though some of these Reveiews are obviously from people trolling and trying to be mean!
Fix it up Drooble, I'm done with you.
Paid $50 for the YouTube promotion service over a week ago, and have received no contact whatsoever from Drooble. I have contacted support multiple times and received no answer. I have seen no results from the YouTube campaign after 1 week, so at best this is an incredibly unprofessional company, at worst a total scam. Would not recommend.
Drooble is a legitimate platform for independent artists, however the karma system gives incentive for fake likes and insincere plays. The other issue is the inability to reach a larger audience and a very confusing chart system. Drooble also features song reviews much like Reverbnation, but like Reverbnation it is pay for play where you basically have to pay people to listen to your music and get their feedback. There are many platforms for independent artists and none of them are perfect, but this one definitely has issues.
To sell me a product and ask if I have any questions just ask then have me ask many times how to access the product without any response??
An imaginative and engaging music service for independent artists. Free to join, with supplementary (optional) reasonably priced paid promotion services, which actually work!
