Very well coordinated and smooth process fo a hair transplant.
Berk Cetin was great for the international coordination - flawless pickups and drop off to and from airport/hotel/clinic visits. Very clear communication.
Medical team and doctor were very involved with great attention to patient comfort and detail.
Hasan explained the post op care and coordination of followup very well.
Overall a positive experience. Would recommend the clinic strongly to anyone considering a transplant.

The were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Providing full information and guiding you throughout. The staff, the doctors, the translators, all were top class. No wonder why its one of the best in the world

First of all, from the very beginning of contact via Serkan Aygin clinic (also known as Doku clinic) website - guidance of each further step was impeccable - by assigned medical consultant Berk Cetin. Here and further I am mentioning names not because I was asked to - but because genuine feel and need to say thank you and tesekkurler:) even after
exploring and comparing several alternatives, my feeling is that value /quality for money ratio was the best here. process of care before arriving to Turkey, during pickup from airport / hotel and next day of consultation and surgery (4400 grafts, for the first time), as well as follow up next day (when I am writing this review) was really, really professional. On the separate note, biggest thanks to professional, patient, and overall amazing surgery team led by Esma, and also Asyie, Melisa, Beril and Aysu. It would be much harder to go through this rather long process (over 8 hours) of surgery if I would be not in such caring and professional hands. Now when the most difficult part (including first night after DHI transplant procedure) is behind me, only what is left is to follow recovery instructions carefully to have the result in 6-12 months I am expecting. Higly recommended, Berk and Esma, tesekkurler again:)

I genuinely had a great experience at Dr. Serkan Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic! From my first WhatsApp contact, to the surgery booking 2 weeks later in Istanbul, the payment, the airport pickup, the hotel booking, my entire clinic time with on-site translators (I had three different French-speaking translators that were all really nice who accompanied me throughout my entire time at the clinic during the first day visit and meeting with Dr. Aygin, the before/during/after my 6-hour surgery on the 2nd day, and the last meeting on the 3rd day). And more importantly the much appreciated 18 month follow-up on WhatsApp with a French speaking expert always available to answer my questions or worries (I didn't have any... :-)), and my monthly checkups at 1-month, 2-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 18-month marks with pictures I had to provide, getting in return a post-op consultation with follow-up treatment recommendation if required. I really felt well taken care of.

Today marks 18 months (1 year and a half) since my hair transplant and I'm super happy with the outcome... :-) The results looks really natural and I feel better than before.

I also want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of everyone I met.

PS: Coming from France, they provided on-site French translators without even asking me for it (someone speaking English would have been fine with me though). They were really thoughtful and kind. :-)

I recently visited the Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic and I couldn't be happier with how the entire process was handled. I first spoke with Hediye over the phone who talked me through everything. She spoke perfect English and understood all my concerns, explaining everything to me, putting me at complete ease.
The Logistics & Stay
The organization was top-notch right from the beginning. The VIP transfer was punctual and comfortable, taking all the stress out of navigating a new city. I stayed at the Ibis Hotel, which was incredibly convenient—it’s only about 100 yards from the clinic, making the walk to and from appointments effortless, especially on the day of the procedure. On the day 1 at the clinic I was greeted by Hediye’s friendly smile and taken into what can only be described as one of the most stunning art galleries I’ve seen.
Exceptional Support
A huge shoutout to my translator, Yasin. He was absolutely brilliant—professional, friendly, and always there to ensure nothing was lost in translation. Having someone like Yasin by my side made the medical consultations and the procedure itself feel much more relaxed and clear.
The Procedure
The clinic itself is world-class. Dr. Serkan Aygin’s reputation is well-deserved; the precision in the hairline design and the professionalism of the medical team were evident throughout. They truly operate at a high level of expertise.
Verdict: If you’re considering a hair transplant in Istanbul, this is the place to go. Between the medical skill of Dr Serkan Aygin and the logistical support from Yasin and Hediye you’re in great hands.

To start, this is a very successful business with a high volume of customers. Do NOT let that put you off. The whole process was exceptionally well run from collection at the airport to drop off. The procedure itself will be no different from any other reputable clinic. But, it was how they look after you. Hotel great. Always on time. Staff lovely. Their English, and so many other languages perfect. I am almost 3 weeks post procedure. I am so happy. Follow the advice, vitally important. I highly recommend this clinic and its wonderful staff.

They’re incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything feels very curated to your needs and my medical consultant, Berk, was fantastic. He was available 24/7 which is great if you’re coming from abroad and need extra support. I highly recommend them!

Great work ethic. Very professional, polite and always ready to help, explain, and make sure that your experience will be at highest level. Throughout the whole process you don't feel like "another" client/patient, they really take care of you. They are great in every aspect: organization, communication, time management, and of course most important, they have huge experience in hair transplantation with people literally from all around the world, so they know what they're doing 100%. Every single staff member who I met during my "journey" was really amazing and friendly. So if you are thinking of getting new hair, this is your best choice.
