Poor/nonexistent communication. Majority of order could not be fulfilled, but received no notification of that. And my items arrived extensively damaged because they were just tossed in a basic shipping envelope. But no one will get back to me!

This web is not serious. I make my order a weeks ago and I was email them and nobody answer back. Last week I received only 3 hand sanitizer and I order more items .The total order status say is shipped and I email them again and nobody answer . Too bad!

They canceled my orders last minute even though they took my money already. Knowing the items is limited but they didn't give me any notice and just canceled my orders.

Very disappointed!!! After waiting for my order to arrive, I finally got a notice that they ran out of the Purell wipes I ordered. They credited the money back to me, but I was disappointed that they oversold the item and didn’t send me a partial order. In the mean time I quit looking for the item because I thought I had them coming. Now I have none.

Ordering was very easy and accurate. Delivery time was excellent considering all that is happening in our world with the COVID-19 virus.
Product arrived in good condition and very nicely packaged. Very satisfied. Thanks

Ordered in the past, no problem..ordered 8 days ago, no update, not shipped...2.unanswered emails..call and nobody answers and all the voicemail boxes are full so you cant leave a message. I know this is a crazy time for any medical related company, but zero customer service

I asked customer service for an order update (placed order on 03/10 and waited 7 days but still haven't received anything). I asked what the progress was and if they were not going to be able to fulfill my order anytime soon, please let me know so I can figure something out and received a cancellation email a few days later! They cancelled my order without my approval without even letting me know, now I'm scrambling to try to buy my items from someone else.

Cancelled all my orders with no explanation!!!

Well it took them 9 days and I had to send them two emails to get them to say that they will refund my money when they cancelled my order without sending me any notice that they no longer fulfilled that item. If you cannot or will not honor an order then why list the item to begin with? I would give them a minus 10 for the aggravation they caused and the fact that they used my money for 9+ days (my account has not yet been credited), but that is not allowed.

This is a great product and that DrugSupply Store had it at a great price Packaging was minimal and it was quick ship

Didn’t get my items! Order was cancelled over a week later. Will never shop with you again.

Outstanding Customer Service
during turbulent times

Sorry, but your customer service, for me was subpar. I ordered an important item on March 9 that would help me sanitize the virus. On March 16 I get an email stating that this item is out of stock. I waited a week for nothing. Your website didn't state it was out of stock. I could have gotten this item somewhere else but the week's wait squashed that attempt. My 1st experience is a not so great of one.

After waiting for the order for 10 days, it was cancelled on me with no explanation. Now I can’t get the product.

Great price, fast delivery

Order it is easy and payment transition without any problems, but vendor does not promising the product for delivery. When the product was in stock and some how refunded the payment after a week? This is not a good services.

My order was processed quickly and sent to me quickly.
