After weeks it came but NO C
Never told me they supposedly refunded me for the C .
Most likely they never had it to begin with !!

This company does not know there laws.they allowed me to purchase syringes then said I needed a script in my state which is not the case. Then it took them over 3 weeks to refund my money. I sent numerous emails to them with no response. Not a very well run business

Ordered 4 of the same item and order was processed. Received email saying everything was fine.
Several days later I get a merchant refund from drugstore supplies. No email from company telling me I wasn’t getting all my order.
Order arrived I received 1 item instead of 4.
Nothing in the box explaining why I was shorted.

It was some time between my order and hearing from you again. When I called, no answer. When NM I sent an email it was returned undeliverable. I turned in a fraud investigation to my credit card. Finally you sent me an email saying you couldn't fill my order and you refunded my money. Thank you for that, but it really doesn't need to happen like that.

Never shipped item or told it was out of stock. I had to message them for a refund

My granddaughter loves the hello kitty bandages. I hope you can send me the Mickey ones I ordered too. I got refunded but I really wanted those, so I hope you get some soon. Thank you!

I sent customer service repeated emails. Disgusted with their non-reply I eventually had to call. Avoid!

Didnt get what I ordered. Waited 2 weeks and then it gave me a refund.

After placing my order and having my card charged, I did not receive it. Further, my outreach via an email was never responded to. Eventually I received an email that the order was cancelled. No explanation as to why. Terrible customer service. I will never use this vendor again.

I ordered a simple manual glass thermometer, which was available on line. After about a week or so I received an email noting my payment was returned. I figured the thermometer was no longer available.

Product was shipped promptly and arrived in new condition.
What is not to like ? =)

Great price, good delivery time

The product took a little longer to fill than expected, but otherwise shipped quickly.

I have ordered 4 fragrances on 3/6 as a guest. On 3/12 I received an e-mail about my order being shipped (all 4 items). I received 1 item early next week, the shipping status on FedEx site was "order delivered".

I tried to contact DrugSupplyStore on their website using web form. No response.

I was able to create an account with them to learn that 3 of the 4 ordered items were refunded, the shipping fee was not. So instead of 4 fragrances I've got only one, paying more (including s/h for all 4) than I would pay at a different place, spent extra time researching what happened, and never got a single word from them.

Ordered on the 18th. Tried to cancel on the 23rd because it showed "being fulfilled" status still. The next day they emailed a "shipped" status. I checked and it wad not at UPS per the tracking number. Still trying to cancel as im over the sore throat already.
So just a hugh delay scheme by this company. Also, no way to hit a cancel button or talk to a human. Just a web form. .sad.
