Horrible customer care
I ordered some hair products online. The 1st time they sent my order and the packaging of some products was horrible, it seemed as they put everything which looks unattractive to the online orders, because customers would never buy them in offline stores. Ok! I’ve decided to give them the second chance. Guess what? Packaging was horrible again and what’s more, they put me used tester instead of a normal spray for hair which costs 30€!! I’m adding photos. I wrote to their customer care twice and 1st time I’ve got refuse, 2nd time - it’s just neglect and silence. Don’t buy anything here!!!
Druni sent me expired toothpaste
Druni sent me expired toothpaste, and I can't return it. They refuse me in return on the Druni account, and no one answers from the customer service account either. I have to bring the expired product to the store to get my money back; no refund option here. No answers either.
This is my last purchase from Druni.
Products clearly tampered with/opened prior to sale
So this time I did receive my package on time maybe because I complained after ti had an email immediately after ordering to say there was a delay due to products not being in stock... again.
My biggest concern is that boxes for high end products I had ordered were not sealed and appear to have been opened, to add to which the inlay leaflet for one of them was for a totally different product!
So they have definitely been tampering with products which should be illegal.
These are potent products that if not used correctly can cause damage to skin or if opened and not refrigerated for example, means a useless product.
I haven't complained again as I had zero reply.
I made the mistake in trusting Druni for quite some time, to not check reviews on here, I will always keep a check on Trust Pilot from now on, as companies change hands, Directors and Managers, focusing on driving in profits, potentially watering down products etc, which can change the way things are run entirely.
Disgusting practice and I now have zero confidence in Druni and the products they sell from well known brands.
Safe to say I shall be checking out Notino, Look Fantastic etc as a new supplier
Order never arrived
My order was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. I repeatedly asked Druni what happened to it and when it would finally be delivered. No answer! Now I told them to reimburse the money, as I need the products and will have to order in another shop. Lets see how long that will take ... Very bad, will not order anything anymore with Druni!
Edit: After posting this review, they've sent me an e-mail saying the order had been delivered; which is not true though. I don't know what they are trying to do, another scam online company, will be a hassle to get my money back. Awful people, terrible company!

For almost a year, we regularly order from Druni and collect the package from the Dos Mares branch. After the message package in transit, it often arrived the next day, sometimes after two days. This time sent an email after a week, receipt confirmation but no reply. Visited the branch, no they know nothing and cannot do anything. Later sent another mail, response that we are guaranteed a reply within 48 hours, not so. After exactly two weeks, suddenly a message that the package has arrived. In the shop there is always a girl who handles the orders, but not this time. Entire queue in front of the checkout, employee in the shop asked for help, referred back to the checkout. After a long wait at the checkout: I will call someone, no one comes. The girl at the checkout is helpful, searching, interrupted each time by customers. Finally the package and in good order. For the help and the final result not one but two stars. I think the conclusion should be that you don't order stuff in high season.

Druni is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They took my money over a month ago and never sent my order — and to make things worse, they’ve completely ignored every single one of my emails and messages since. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the lack of professionalism is outrageous. This isn’t just bad service, it’s theft. I will never spend another euro with Druni and I strongly warn others to stay away — you’ll be throwing your money into a black hole. One star is far too generous for a company this careless and dishonest.

Ordered for 115€ parfume and sun protection oil and never received the order, but the invoice is paid. The delivery company phoned that they were at my door, but I wasn’t home. terrible customer support
Very disappointing experience with the webshop and customer support. Contacted support 2 times to cancel the order as it was not delivered within the indicated timeframe for the store pick-up, never received any answer. On the other hand, one of the orders was cancelled after 10 days, even though I never asked for it. Customer support simply does not answer
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered 100ml perfume on line. Received 40ml. Contacted customer service said it would respond in 48 hrs. 8 days later still had no reply.
Don't order as you may receive small products than advertised and also receive poor customer service.

Despite the fact that the package was sent on time, due to working with TIPSA I never received my package, the delivery attempt was never made.
My Emails are also being ignored. Incompetent store and not serious attitude. There is no care about their customers.

Awful experience
Awful experience. My partner was in the store shopping when 3 staff members approached her in a very aggressive manner and told her she had to get in the elevator and leave. This was 20 minutes before closing time and they prevented my partner from taking the sun screen product of the shelf. The staff were rude and threating, and their names were Nekane and Isis. Do not visit this store unless you are prepared for rude and aggressive behaviour from the staff.
Very bad customer service
I had an issue with an online order an item was missing when I picked it up from one of their stores but unfortunately I didn’t open it until I got home but I did take photos. Whilst the store assistants were very helpful the people dealing with the matter were not and xtremely rude. I tried to pursue the matter via PayPal but they have now com3 back looking for a police report which I doubt I will be able to get over a matter like this. Very disappointed they said they had proof th3 item was packed but despite several requests they haven’t shown me this.
