I ordered a product online to be…

I ordered a product online to be delivered to store, Diaganol Mar Barcelona. I collected the item and left the store. I then realised the item was wrong, so I went back to the store to return it, literally two minutes later. The woman refused to accept the return and says I have to return it online. When I try to do it online, it says I can’t. When I email they take 3 days to reply and ask questions I have already answered. It seems impossible to return this order, despite the reason for return being Drunis error!

Useless online and in store.

I collect aftershave, so use Druni quite a lot. Online, they have been very bad recently.

Order 1) JPG Le Bleu. Arrived late.

Order 2) Profumo and Terre D´Hermes. Was supposed to be delivered for before 25th December. Didnt arrive - I asked and they told me to wait. Hoped it would arrive for 31st December. Didnt arrive - I asked and they told me to wait. Hoped it would be delivered before 6th January. Didnt arrive - I asked and they didn´t know where my order was. Then they told me my order was "lost" and automatically issued a refund, without asking if I wanted a replacement. I then went online to place a new order and one of the products is no longer available. It took them almost one month to eventually tell me my order was "lost" which is an obvious lie. No apology, no offer to make things better, nothing.

Order 3) Habit Rouge. Ordered online to collect in-store. Picked it up in the store. Left the store and noticed the box looked like it wouldn´t fit in my product. Opened the box - they have given me the wrong thing. Went back to the store to tell them and change it/ return it. The person in store wouldn´t accept the return, saying I had to do it online. Even though I had the receipt and they had seen me collect it. Even though it is their error. This was at Diagnol Mar store.

Ordered on the 11Dec , 48hour delivery !!! No wits 30 Dec and no parcel , no refund !!! No response to any of my emails, and eventually contacted via phone and they will not refund me until they have the parcel back !! DO NOT USE ONLINE !!

Ordered aftershave over two weeks ago...

Ordered aftershave over 2 weeks ago.... Paid nearly €100.
Still waiting for the package.
Contact their customer service department and just get a "we will get back"

Sent another email on 19th and this time no response.

Avoid ordering from these cowboys

Do not buy from DRUNI.es

Do not buy from DRUNI.es if you are from Spain. They use "sending.es" company for shipping and that is the worst shipping company (check trustpilot for "sending.es"). This company "sending.es" never deliver the products. They take the package and return it only to collect the fee from the sender. 10 days since my order was shipped and on the tracking number they say the address is not correct. They also try to deliver the package to the wrong city. I will never buy again from DRUNI.es. Also DRUNI.es does not care if it`s the company fault or not. They blame you for not sending the correct address even if it`s correct.

No compres en DRUNI.es si eres de España. Usan la compañía "sending.es" para el envío y esa es la peor compañía de envío (compruebe trustpilot para "sending.es"). Esta empresa "sending.es" nunca entrega los productos. Toman el paquete y lo devuelven solo para cobrar la tarifa del remitente. 10 días desde que se envió mi pedido y en el número de seguimiento dicen que la dirección no es correcta. También intentan entregar el paquete en la ciudad equivocada. No volveré a comprar en DRUNI.es. Además, a DRUNI.es no le importa si es culpa de la empresa o no. Te culpan por no enviar la dirección correcta aunque sea correcta.

I placed 3 orders and was canceled 2 order by Druni with the same reason “ out of stock “ one day ago . But now i continue see it is selling on Druni site . So i will never buy anything on this site . It’s so bad .

Wrong item, leaking, no refund or exchange

One of the items they sent was not what I ordered and was leaking (shampoo). When I went to claim a refund or exchange I found that they make the process extremely long and complicated (presumably to deter people from doing it). Before I had the chance to finish submitting it they had already cancelled the claim. Terrible experience.

I have a problem with my order but…

I have a problem with my order but there is no customer service email. My Spanish is not good enough to call on the phone and the online contact form didnt work. The lid on one of the products was not fully on so it leaked. I have three quarters in a new bottle.

I bought few perfumes and other things

I bought few perfumes and other things. My invoice was over 150 Euros. For this amount they could add some gifts or examples. Not only the cheapest sample of cream. If you are buying premium products, at least they could add also premium samples.

Really good customer defense system

I wrote to Druni in English to ask whether they could supply 2 fairly high priced items. They wrote back in Spanish which I don't really understand. I think the reply was "look on our web site" but not at all sure.
Fantastic chaps! One of the best customer defense systems I've come across. No wonder the Chinese are making such giant steps in sales.

Impressed

This was my first order on Druni and I was so impressed. All items I wanted were in stock and they were delivered the next day, packaged very well. Will certainly order from them again!

What an absolute nightmare!!

What an absolute nightmare!!! i thought i'd try buying my usual make up from them online instead of Douglas for a change. What a huge mistake!!!! the order never arrived. Not a big deal usually as you just get in touch with the company and explain but NO, not with Druni!!!! I called their customer service number every day at many different times. It opens at 9am and I called at 9am exactly and all day after that and every single time it puts you on hold with music, makes you wait a few minutes then an automated message comes on saying that all their agents are busy and cuts off the call. I am certain that there is NOBODY answering those calls!! I went to the local Druni shop to explain the problem and they were rude and said they could not help at all because I bought it online. I told them i would never buy from them again and they said that for them this was perfect, no problem at all!! i filled out the form on the website numerous times, maybe 20 times and they only replied once saying that they would talk to the transport company and get back to me. two weekes later, without my make up and without my money! Totally disgusting!!! Do not buy from these people!! I started to look online and I found more people who have had the same problem!! They should be embarrassed of their company!
