The quality, especially at the price has always been first class.
I have been buying from Drury for nearly ten years. You can talk to them and they are very helpful. Have never had a problem and would recommend them fully. The consistency of the coffee I buy is superb which means that every coffee is the same, time after time which is must when selling to customers. I am only a private buyer but I know what I like and know it's the same every time. Quick delivery, consistent quality, great price.

Dropped the ball over time
Well, Drury tea has been a must have in my house for a long time but i can tell they have really dropped the ball, as the latest bag of Ceylon Orange Pecoe has no taste no mather how much i use, i mean it tastes really cheap and it wasn't cheap at all. Doubt i will come back to this company for my tea in the future.

Good Quality Tea and excellent customer service
I have bought tea from Drury Tea & Coffee Company for many years now. The teas are of very high quality with plenty of choice. Customer service is brilliant with orders being delivered very quickly.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Always delivers in a timely manner and always by their own drivers. They are all really nice but Len is my favourite.
I also rent my coffee machine through them and they have always sorted any issues very quickly.
