We had a great time on a cold wintery day. We wrapped up warm & enjoyed observing the animals, they all looked well cared for.
The Christmas decorations were lovely & impressive, the elves were working hard for Santa. We enjoyed a ride on the cars & the train & we will definitely return again next year.

The waiter/barstaff/ hospitality worker…
The waiter/barstaff/ hospitality worker in the hot food area didn’t thoroughly wipe the table which isn’t then sanitary. He did it without looking at the cloth and did a haphazard zig zag. The table is then left with a layer of grease or dirt, if not genuinely wiped clean.
It was the small cafe style tables too, so it’s not physically hard to do.
The other bits of drusillas are generally really good. The only other criticism I’d say, was that the music as you enter the reception area gate is too loud, with no signage to say that. SEN people aren’t totally thought about here. But, one you speed through the monkey enclosures it (the loud music) is kind of escapable.

Regarding the cleanliness of the table in our hot food area, we take food hygiene and sanitation extremely seriously. Drusillas Park holds a 5-star food hygiene rating from Wealden District Council, and maintaining a clean and safe environment is of utmost importance to us. Your comments have been passed directly to our Catering Manager, who will follow up with the team to ensure our cleaning procedures are always carried out thoroughly. Thank you for highlighting this, as it helps us to continually improve.
We are also sorry that you found the music in the entrance lobby too loud. We aim to be as accessible and inclusive as possible, and all the measures we currently have in place can be found on our Accessibility page (including our online virtual tour, designed to help guests familiarise themselves with the zoo before visiting). We recognise, however, that this does not make it clear that there is music in the entrance hall and throughout the zoo route. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will take this on board as we review how we communicate sensory information to guests in the future.

Making new memories
As well as making a return visit to Drusilla's after a number of years it was an opportunity to meet up with some old friends, some of which I had not seen for close on 50 years. Drusilla's was an ideal place to meet, plenty of things to do, places to eat, even for a group of early pensioners! Great to see so many different types of animals, will be back soon....

A bit disappointed to find the farm…
A bit disappointed to find the farm animals and the cow that kids could milk were replaced with plastic stuff. Otherwise had a great day. Plenty of activities for the children.

Great afternoon
Great afternoon ! Lots to see and do, easy to spend the whole day here. Enjoyed our cream tea. Lots of benches to stop and have a little rest. Elderly visitor enjoyed it all. Lovely happy helpful people at the entrance and all around the park. Thanks all!

This was my first every visit to…
This was my first every visit to Drussilas park. It was an extremely hot day.
It was my friends grandson 4th birthday and he loves animals.
The experience of seeing all the baby animals and how that act just like humans with their babies Despite the hot weather , we found a lot of shady places to sit and watch the children play. They went on the train, which he was so excited about going on.
We stop in a couple of the gift shops to buy some animal and gifts. Such a beautiful park. Worth a visit.

Wonderful experience.
Despite not having a child to take along, my partner and I had the most enjoyable visit. The animals are so well cared for and extremely entertaining. We spent a few hours wandering round and had a lovely coffee in the cafe before leaving. Had we not been going elsewhere we could have spent much longer leisurely enjoying the facilities. Would definitely visit again.

Value for money
We attended one of the 💯 year celebration days, with a brass band and vintage vehicles. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Animals were thriving and so many new baby additions. We love the zoolympics and spotting books , fabulous play area and splash park. Value for money and picnics are allowed.
