Wanted a new unit to replace an ageing Ebac dehumidifier.
Did some homework and found D.I.O. selling the best rated domestic Mitsubishi MJ -E20BG machine at an excellent price (not cheap, but then nor are Rolls Royce's !!)
Ordered online at 11am and it was delivered the very next day as advised to the exact minute, Fantastic.
So it's simple: DIO 5 stars for efficient and brilliant service. Mitsubishi 5 stars for quality and performance.

I ordered a dehumidifier on Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday at 10am just as they said.The unit is fantastic as I now have windows etc that are clear from condensation.A first class company that I will use again.

Bought Neostar Dehum 3 DD822-White Dehumidifier and Laundry drier and WDH928HA 25L Dehumidifier.
Ordered at weekend. Dispatched on Monday (1st working day) - received on Tuesday (2nd working day) as stated on website. Delivery could be easily tracked with van position displayed on local map and ETA of delivery.
Goods were well-packaged.
So far have used both dehumidifiers short-term in kitchen after cooking. Have used Dehum 3 down in the cellar to reduce damp.
Dehum 3 produces odour from the dessicant on first use - but is OK after that. Both are portable. Dehum 3 is light to carry. WDH928HA is heavy, but runs on castors. I bought the WDH.. to sit in the hallway of my 3-bed stone built Victorian house to keep the house condensation-free in the colder weather to come, and bought the Dehum 3 to carry between the cellar, attic and kitchen to keep them condensation-free all-year-round.
Work perfectly so far.

I bought it to help dry out my home after a full replaster...it works well is not noisey at all workd just like its advertised as ...i looked at a few others from large diy shops but not could touch this for features or loooks.. Buy it you wont be dissapointed

Only had a single order so far which went without a hitch, prompt despatch following order and one of the better courier companies used for delivery meant the product was delivered on time and with the minimum of fuss.
So far the product has met expectations and is being used to keep an astronomical observatory dry as everything in the observatory becomes covered with dew after a nights observing session The product warms and dries in the observatory in less than an hour of closing the dome and is very quiet compared to the older compressor driven dehumidifiers. Very happy so far.

Purchased replacement carbon filter; made a huge difference in machine function and air quality. Will get one every year at least now. Excellent customer service.

Placed the order and it was dispatched efficiently, received email confirmation of dispatch advising me it would be sent via Royalmail. So expected such. Then my next door neighbour said she had a package for me one day after returning home and told me it had been left on my doorstep which is on a communal balcony. So she took it in for safety purposes which I appreciated greatly. It turns out was actually delivered via APC overnight so not great really but at least I got the delivery. It hadn't been packaged and protected very well and there was some slight bending that had occurred to the replacement filter for my air purifier which actually damaged it just slightly but usable. So why I only gave average rating.

Borrowed a similar dehumidifier for a picture framing gallery & it worked brilliantly.
Ordered my new WDH210HB at 4pm and received it by noon the following day!
