I purchased a t-shirt for 69€, which unfortunately tore at the side during a family event. Upon returning home, I simply tried to adjust it while lying on the couch, and my finger went through the fabric effortlessly, indicating poor material quality. Despite this, the company refuses to offer a replacement.

Additionally, I wore a pair of pants for about a year, and they have now suffered damage between the legs. I had hoped for a replacement or at least a voucher reflecting the product's price, but received no such support.

Considering these experiences, I’d recommend opting for G-Star, whose products offer better quality and reliability compared to these so-called premium items.

Ordered a shirt, got rejected by UK customs. Called in trying to resolve the situation and was told I would receive an e-mail but have got nothing yet. I wen to the website and both buttons to email in are broken. When trying to send an email to the service email on the bottom of my order confirmation, it bounces back as it has been blocked by the recipients email filters.

Ordered dress 05/05. Received package on 11/05. They are in Germany,I'm in south of Netherlands, already pretty much for a courrier service. I ordered size 2, invoice says size 2, dress is size 3. I'm writing them on 11/05 email, no reaction. On 15/05 I call them and they say just send it back,we will send new one. Because I bought it during discount period I ask if I get it with same price,but the person on telephone says we will just send size 2 back. Sent it back 15/05. On 24/05 reminded them om still waiting, they wrote we are processing your order. Well,it's 27/05, 22!!! Days after my purchase,no money,no news,no dress. Never ever again and don't recommend to do it.

If you are from Belgium, i don’t recommend this brand. The pants are cool but you have to pay 14€ to return it if they don’t fit. All the other countries are free.I was going to buy another size, but now i am not going to buy at all because if that doesn’t fit too i have to pay 14€ extra.

Really love their style, clean minimal but elegant and great customer service for my returns, quick and easy within a few days

Worst buying experience that I have ever had. I mistakenly ordered two blazers as the first order was marked cancelled on their website. The customer service team did not want to cover return cost and was not helpful at all. When I called a disengaged person took the phone and basically set it was my own fault.
