One order. One terrible service. Never again.

After scrolling through a lengthy list of underwear, most of which weren’t in stock, I finally found 2 items i liked and placed an order. They were quick to take my money.

2 weeks later and the order hadn’t been despatched. Reached out to them via email and online form - nothing. Appalling customer service.

Had to go via my bank to get my money back. Wow.

if you’re looking for underwear, DO NOT USE DS UNDERWEAR. My experience of this company can be summed up in one word - fraudsters.

Terrible service, order placed on December 29th, received on 15th Jan, damaged and items missing, trying to contact them is a nightmare as you very rarely get a response

Ordered online, the order never got despatched to this date, emailed them 3 times, tried to contact them using thier online form, and via the chat… never heard back. Had to dispute the transaction with the card issuer to recover the money. I wouldn’t trust this website.. not sure they even exist!

ordered some underwear in november and still waiting contacted them on social media and via their online chat and was just ignored would not recommend ordering from them

Ordered from here and had no updates for weeks other than ‘order placed’. No response to emails or tweets. I eventually got in touch with the owner directly and he said he would ‘look into it’, which took another week or so. Apparently the order was lost by the courier, although I had no update that it had ever been dispatched. Finally got a refund after a month of poor, minimal communication. Not a very professional business by the looks of things.
