AMAZING!!!!
I previously got a dickies jacket from another company cost me almost £90 but with ds express it was only £60 saved a huge amount of money and on the plus side the jacket is amazing very durable and waterproof. The delivery came amazingly fast.

The Ohio is my favourite work shoe, so much that I don't want to take them off!
I like that they're not leather and still stay tough. I had a second-hand pair which I wore nearly everyday for 2 years and have just now had to buy a new pair.

Problem with my order only raised when I called to chase delivery
I placed an order for boots as I needed fast delivery for a particular date. On the day of expected delivery, I called the company late morning to confirm what time I should expect receipt as I couldn't access my account on their website.
There was a mix up with stock and my order seemed to be frozen as the item was now out of stock. I don't think this would have been picked up straight away from what the lady in customer services said over the phone so lucky I called when I did really.
The lady in customer services apologised for the error and offered a refund straight away.
A few days later I emailed the customers services team as I was still waiting for the refund to reach my account. They responded promptly and the amount was in my account a couple of hours within my chaser email.
Polite and prompt customer service when you get in touch directly, though a little slow to attend to issues that I would consider high priority (items out of stock delaying an order and refunds).
