I would like to re-iterate what another traveler posted. We too wish we could book every holiday with Isabelle. Initial contact with Isabelle was pre-COVID. Isabelle kindly refunded our deposit. Therefore, when we resurrected our travel plans in 2023, we chose to go back to her. She always responds very quickly, and she checks in. Couldn't speak highly enough of her. She also recommend a tour operator named Petar, who was excellent on the two day tours we took.

We recently spent a week at La Luciole after a 2 year wait (thanks covid). Booking was done with ease and they accommodated our date changes with no issues. The villa is tucked up in the mountains in a little village, cracking views, exceptionally clean with nice design touches. We paid for pool heating and this meant we could enjoy the pool well into the evening too, it stayed clear but would benefit from a cover to prevent bugs overnight. Plenty of info provided by owners on arrival and they were very warm and friendly. Only negative was the local farm dogs barking all night, for two of the nights they were non stop and it put a real dampener on what was an outstanding villa in a beautiful location. I understand dogs for security but these didn't stop for hours. Would recommend to friends and family.

Au Jardin Bleu was a lovely, clean apartment with a great location close to the sea and beach. Easy to reach by bus and escape from busy Dubrovnik Old Town, and enjoy some peace and quiet. Isabelle and team were very helpful and answered queries really quickly. One suggestion - please do supply some basic items in the apartment, toilet roll, some soap, a dish washing cloth and brush. In the UK all these items are supplied as standard and we were surprised that we had to purchase these.

We stayed in two properties managed by Dubrovnik Chic Rentals in August 2019. Villa Sol E Luna and Au Jardin Bleu II.

Isabelle from Dubrovnik Chic Rentals was so helpful all the way through and was always available to advise us. She made it easy to book and always gave clear efficient information.

Both properties are beautiful, clean, comfortable properties.

Villa Sol E Luna is in a quiet, stunning valley where the views are breathtaking. The house and swimming pool are fantastic, and the owners friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the sea.

Au Jardin Bleu II is in Dubrovnik and has a gorgeous view over the sea and easy access to swimming in the bay. It is easy to get into the town. Again the manager was helpful and friendly.

We are grateful for a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend this company and these properties.

Sorry for the late review but just wanted to thank Isabelle from Dubrovnik Chic Rentals for her excellent service. She was very responsive to my many queries and requests. All went well with organised pick ups and the accommodation was brilliant for our 3 families. The location of the White Co Villas was excellent. Just a short walk into Old Town and close to pick to a supermarket to pick up supplies. The units were very clean and stocked with some kitchen items, which was a great help. Pity we weren't able to enjoy the terraces due to the inclement weather but that's just the way it goes. We would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend family and friends to stay there. Simply wonderful.

Isabelle was extremely helpful from our first enquiry. We rented the La Maison de l’ Ete apartment and it was amazing. It is really a house, that is very comfortable for up to 5 people. It was extremely clean . Check in with Ivana was great. The location of this house is fantastic, with a view over the beach and old town, from the windows and huge terrace. We were worried about the noise from the bar on the beach but there was none with the windows closed, and every room had great air conditioning. We highly recommend this company and this apartment/house. Thanks Isabelle and Ivana!

I wish I could book every one of my vacations with Dubrovnik Chic Rentals! Isabelle was extremely responsive and helped me narrow down their extensive list of properties to one that was just right for us. She arranged for a very professional airport transport and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. (One suggestion: It would be nice to require owners to have some basic supplies..we had to put our plans on hold to go out and buy toilet paper as soon as we checked in as there was none in the house!) Communication was excellent, everything went smoothly, I felt like we were in very capable hands if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you so much!

Superb accommodation with more than enough space for all 10 of us. Quality fittings throughout and a great location just outside the congestion of Dubrovnik old town. Great sea views. All contact with representatives/ owners was helpful, pleasant and organised. An excellent holiday in a stunning location.

WOW !!! What an amazing time we have all just had. As we planned a short 4 day break, we contacted Victor and Isabelle prior to our trip and they were extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Even suggesting things which would be of interest to our two kids. We arranged for Peter to collect us from the airport and he was extremely pleasant, teaching the kids local phrases during our transfer. Upon arrival at Ploce gate we were met by Ana who took us the very short walk through town to our 'secret apartment' again, Ana was great, taking time to tell us, places to visit, eat etc. The apartment was faultless, with more than enough space for us all to feel extremely relaxed. the location of the apartment was excellent, even when watching the sunset from the top of the hill via cable car, we would still comment that we could see our apartment and the locality was perfect. We simply ran out of time to do everything but a must for everyone must be the Buza bars at sunset. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making this short family break such a special one.
