Ernstige voedselveiligheidskwestie en onprofessionele afhandeling


​Ernstige productklacht:
Bij de Samosa's trof ik een significant stuk vreemd materiaal aan: een stuk rubber/kunststof van bijna 20 mm. Dit is een onacceptabele inbreuk op de voedselveiligheid en leidde ertoe dat wij uit voorzorg twee verpakkingen moesten weggooien.

​Teleurgestelde Afhandeling:
Het bedrijf nam de melding aanvankelijk serieus. Na eigen opvolging ontving ik echter een tegoedbon van slechts €5,- als compensatie. Dit staat in geen enkele verhouding tot de ernst van het veiligheidsrisico en de verstoorde klantervaring.

​Conclusie:
Zeer teleurgesteld in zowel de kwaliteitscontrole van het product als de onprofessionele afhandeling. Ik zal dit merk niet meer kopen of aanbevelen.
