Owner delayed my shipment by 2 weeks and ignored my ticket for support. Their DMA bundles with firmware are a good deal, but don't trust this seller with shipping on time or support.

Zesira is like the only support the server literally no one else responded to my tickets except him but he always had patience and great support
Purchased the 75T ultimate bundle and so far the support has been good. The fuser did get delayed in shipping and I had to reach out to find out what was going on but they replied to my email within 24hrs. Everything else is installed and setup thanks to the help of @zesira, @Trix (NOT DMA) and @Mr. Duck. The initial ticket for support took a day or so and yes you do have to wait for 1:1 firmware but what do expect? Do you want a 1:1 firmware or a generic gen pop FW...like some of you need to have a little patience. Also, do realize this company sells its hardware from 3rd party so delays can happen outside of their control. That being said, have some patience and they will ensure you get what you paid for. Everyone's moving to DMA over injected cheats right now due to increased anti-cheat capabilities so customer service and hardware delays should be expected if you take the time to understand... Overall I recommend Ducks. I would recommend however they create better DMA installation instructions and make things more user friendly (Admin working on this from what I was told). More instructional videos step by step vs the current typed out guide would go a long way in freeing up time for Admin to address tickets. Hope this review finds those questioning if they should make a purchase or not!
Needed help setting up the spoofer, Trix responded quickly and was able to hop on AnyDesk and do what I needed. Very useful and trustworthy.

I did have too wait alittle for support but once they were available too help it was a very smooth process with the set up @zesiraa support amazing work so smooth fixed a issue with a blink of a eye knew right away what to do expert experience would highly recommend

My dma firmware was blocked and needed a replacement, it took a few days due to certain issues but zesira lock in and made me new firmware and it is no longer blocked W zesira.
Manila replied really quickly to my question. Support so far is good.

Ordered Nov30 on Black Friday sale. In the post of sale it said they were waiting for a restock so my order took longer to come but I was aware of this so it was great. I received it Dec15 and support was already eagerly waiting for me before my scheduled setup time to assist me so it was awesome to get started earlier than I wanted. As someone who had no idea what they were doing the 20$ is extremely worth it. The support will do everything and tell you everything to do and the best part about it is how nice and patient they were with me. I was interfering with the setup messing parts up because it can be a little confusing but everything was cool because the support understands it can get frustrating sometimes. Because of my great experience with Zesira I will only use ducks for all my DMA stuff or if I ever need help.

Bought a 100T bundle and only half arrived, other half with delayed shipping, seems to be a common problem, and when I noted that in my discord review I also received a ban. So watch out for this guy, plenty of other sellers with 10x better support L service
