slow support

slow support the prices are something else 15$ for a week cheat is okay but then 50$ for a month is outrages thats 2.5x the price and dont get me started on the support it takes them atleast 5hrs to reply

As for support response times — while we aim to reply as quickly as possible, wait times can vary depending on ticket volume and time of day. A 5-hour response window, especially outside peak hours, is still within a reasonable range for most online services. We prioritize resolving issues thoroughly rather than rushing incomplete replies.

That said, we’re always working to improve response times and overall experience. If you feel your specific ticket wasn’t handled properly, feel free to reference it and we’ll gladly review it.

Was fantastic

Was fantastic. Trix was super duper duper duper fast at responding to me. I bought a key and I was too blind to see the painfully obvious "updating" badge on the product, and trix responded in like 32 nanoseconds.

My Experience

I had picked up a DMA kit and was in need of firmware for Rainbow Six Siege, and with a little research,“Ducks Services” came to me highly recommended, I really liked that I have 3 months warranty on the firmware as well, it really gives me peace of mind. The firmware is awesome, I’m not blocked and I’m able to run everything perfectly. Not only is the firmware great but THE DELIVERY TIME !!!! It was around 9-10 hours to get it, THATS LESS THEN HALF the time listed. I had spent so much on my equipment and like anyone I was worried I might not be able to set it up, but their team Is fast AND patient, I could respond hours later and they’d always get to me quick, but specifically speaking about Zesira and their other staff that helped me in my ticket , they answered all my questions and were as clear as they could be, 10/10 recommend. 🫶
