Incredible quality bags, speedy delivery 10/10

On their website they show 3 five star reviews from customers but they are about speedy delivery and say great item. They don't have any long term user reviews. My reasoning for only 2 stars is because I bought a cover in August 2018 and it initially looked great. Nearly 3 yrs on it leaks badly.
For me the problem is the straps holding it down run across the boat so when tightened they pull the cover down as well, this in turn allows rain water to puddle and eventually stretch the material. I eventually bought some 22mm plastic plumbing pipe which bent in an arch across the boat but again it was not enough to stop puddling.
I would say the material has degraded over time and certainly today with all the rain we've had it has leaked badly.
It is such a shame as initially I though this would be a superb cover for my boat.
Another thing it needs would be support poles to allow rain water to run off without puddling. Even when the side straps are fully tightened it still puddles.
I think they would be great if fitted to a rib with a large support pole acting like a ridge tent but after nearly 3 yrs I think sadly, that seems to be their life span.
