Will respond when you start a paypal dispute offering a refund if you cancel the dispute, once the dispute is cancelled they then don't refund and stop responding.

I ordered 2 marine batteries and apart from the initial email confirming the order I’ve not heard from them.
I have emailed them, used their website online form and tried calling them many times but nothing !!
Now in the hands of PayPal in an attempt to recover the money paid.
