Update: If you have the audacity to complain about this companies terrible delivery service they will simply take their toys in and cancel your order.
Ordered one item from these guys and paid £12.50(plus VAT on the delivery !?) for it to be delivered the next day. Delivery guy claimed no one was there....apart from the 7 builders on site who take deliveres all the time, apparently no neighbours in too....didnt leave a card (because he didnt even try to deliver). so now i have to take time out of work to go and collect something i paid delivery for. terrible. Refuse to refund for the postage despite having to go and get it myself. What was the paying in paying for the postage then?
