Absolutely disappointed.
Additional customs fees at my country, without any notice price do not cover this.
I was expecting these high prices are with customs on both sides.
I will never buy here even stupid 100% polyester socks.

Sorry but DDU is no more in valid Incoterm. DAP exchanged DDU by Incoterms 2020.
Anyhow you never mentioned DDU in any single document or communication as incoterm.
I searched this on website and didnt found any mention about incoterm no matter you say its there.
Why this is not mentioned during checkouot when I have to name delivery county? Simple sentence, you may be charged in delivery country due to DDU/DAP etc. Are you affraid people will not order? If so you are misleading customer due to fact maybe they will not order due to higher prices at the end.
Is this business ethics you follow? Very said.
Dont use Brexit as excuse, its very unprofessional and very cheap argument.
When I order from US or China which were never in European Union I do not pay any single cent on top.
Package always arrive without additional charges.
Sorry but I cannot accept apologize and change my opinion. You are not following business ethics and your approach is not fair to customers.

Sorry to read your review. We have been communicating via email regarding the shipment tracking details, you could have reached out to me at any point. We followed the request of the majority of our customers and send items with Delivery Duty Unpaid. This is detailed on our website and would be more than happy to make arrangements should have have wished to pay this upfront. Unfortunately since Brexit these import duties are a legal requirement and out of our hands.

I would rate 0 stars if I could
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Avoid big time they are a complete ripoff and avoid everything to not refund saying they haven’t received the goods back even when they’re proof. Keep saying there a small business and can’t afford to lose money but it’s ok for the customer to lose there’s.I still haven’t received my refund and I’m not banking on it either. The customer service is awful and they reply back to emails asking the same thing but never answer the phone just goes to voicemail.

Unfair review. Customer decided to return an item without purchasing postage. Either just handed to a postal carrier or placed in a postbox. This is now lost within the Royal Mail system or possibly awaiting a postage payment but has not been received by me, I have repeatedly asked them to assist me so we can claim with Royal Mail by providing their proof of postage but they ignore my request. They are also well out of the return policy time frame but I still continued to try to assist them. Threatening commets made via email for me to issue a refund without assisting me to help track the item down.
Great products, delivery could be faster
I've had a very good experience when ordering from Duke Direct. There is a good range of products which are high quality and fit well.
A minor drawback is that I'm never quite certain when the package will be delivered. Its normally within 5-or-so days but I don't recall seeing a tracking option. It isn't a big deal and in the grand scheme of things it's a small price to pay.
Overall I can't say I can fault the my experience and will definitely be returning as a customer.

Avoid this company. No replies faulty goods
Bought an item that was faulty so I tried to contact for return/exchange. Despite several emails I didn’t even get a response. In theory I could return according to their “return” policy but why risk losing more money on return postage that they should be paying. If they can’t be bothered replying I’m sure they will avoid issuing a refund. Avoid this company selling sub standard products
