Messaged Ahmed regarding getting a new combi boiler installed,we spoke on phone the following day and asked for advice on best Combi boiler and agreed a price above was fitted within a few days ,no problems with getting above fitted ,have used this company before and once again it was a a very good job ,if people are looking for a reliable person to do a professional job look no further,

Dundee Plumbing & Heating are good eggs. It's not easy to find such great workmen here in Dundee where I live.

They fixed my boiler promptly and efficiently. Reasonably prices too!

I called at 7:30 on a cold Friday night, and Ahmed was at our house 15 minutes later. He was really professional and quick to identify and resolve the problem.
We would have been without water all weekend.
Great service and a really reasonable price for such immediate response.

My mum's (in her 80s) boiler stopped working and Worcester Bosch wouldn't send an engineer for 5 days! I found Dundee Plumbing and Heating through a Google search. Ahmed arrived within 2 hours, fixed the problem quickly and charged a very fair price - with no surcharge for a Saturday call out. I would definitely recommend this company - fantastic service!

Dundee Plumbing and Heating installed a new gas burner in my home 10 years ago.For the past year there has been a leak and it’ has been malfunctioning and they steadfastly refused to fix it.They came to my home twice and did absolutely nothing to address the problem.I called them several times and they hung up on me.They were discourteous and unprofessional I would never recommend to anyone.

Had blocked washing machine drainage pipe. Came out very quickly and fixed the problem. Was very impressed with the service and reasonable price.

Turned up on a Sunday at 17:30, not many tradesmen do that. Fixes toilet, great price for emergency work and a nice chap overall. Cannot recommend highly enough

Ahmed came out on 2 separate occasions to fix emergency jobs in my bathroom. He is reliable and good at communicating the job. I would have him back again in future. Thanks

Contacted for gas certificate update and boiler service. Very quick response and great value. Ahmed is a friendly, approachable and keen to help. Much appreciated and couldn’t ask for more. Would highly recommend

I had a leaking pipe under kitchen sink due to diy by my hubby which went wrong. Ahmed came out within an hour and did a temporary fix while we went to get a new kitchen mixer tap. He came back later the same day and fixed the new tap as well. Very professional friendly and reasonable price. Next time I need a plumber I would definitely go to him again 😊

Called them this morning and they answered very quickly; asked what my problem was; arranged a visit within a short space of time. The problem was solved very quickly. Would recommend this firm to anyone

AHMED DID NOT SHOW UP. First we agreed he'd come in 3 weeks time to fix the bathroom leak, but on the week he was supposed to come, didn't answer any of my messages and calls. We thought to give him a second chance to arrange again,  he agreed on the date to come back. On the date we've agreed on the second time, simply just didn't turn up, no phone call, no email, no message, no explanation, just didn't turn up, AGAIN!
Communication was extremely poor, text messanges on whatsapp and messenger sometimes didn't get a reply for a week, but when payment was concerned, he replied instantly. 

If you call for an "emergency fix", he'd most likely come because you pay way more for an emergency fix which we did for the leaking tap. But any regular planned jobs, he is not professional and not responsive, DID NOT SHOW UP.

Just had brilliant service from Ahmed. He came really fast in response to frost burst pipe. Dealt with it promptly, politely, cheerfully....most impressed. First contact with this company but will be using them again for sure.

None to polite on phone.
No show. No communication.
1 chance, proven unreliable.

Engineer came out gave me quote for a boiler, very reasonable priced and installed the next day. Very polite and nice guy. Highly recommend Dundee plumbing and heating A++++

They have serviced boiler in previous years so thought I could rely on them. Made an appointment over phone, only for them to be a no show, no call, no email.

Suspiciously one of their previous reviewers has the same name as the plumber who gave me last years invoice.

Very happy at the job and service these guys provided for me, was was a delight all the way through, had a boiler change and a couple of sinks, mess free, hassle free, quite cheap too, will have me as a returning customer, thank you!
