I got lucky with winnings, but there was a problem with withdrawal, and customer support was quick to respond and help me out.

0 stars for this crap site. ffs i played for 1 hour i got only 1 bonus on a game and that was when i lowered my deposit. and still i won NOTHING cuz this site is a fraud

First I requested a withdrawal of some funds. Dunder froze my account because my 75yr. old husban maid the deposit to my account. after getting no were I requested Dunder to close my account and send the balance to me. The request for personal information
never ends, Every reply from Dunder Casino ends in a request for more info, what you sent was not good enough. Then I discover that some of my personal info was going to Casumo!!! You would thing Dunder
would be more worried about losing my personnel info then how good my confidential info is.

Been using dunder for couple of years on and off. They rarely offer bonuses and unfortunately they do not offer any players rewards (at the moment, hope they start working on a system) however they are transparent, their withdrawal process is extremely quick even for small amounts ($500) and they have a variety of games. Their menu is nice as they offer categories of games like “sticky wilds” “bonus spins” etc which make it easy to find a game worth playing. Also remember, its a casino and the house always wins. Read the terms and conditions for your bonuses so you understand them correctly and u should be fine.

Most pathetic site i ever played.0 cashback and i tried almost everygame.They are just COLLECTORS ... the strange thing is that i have 48 casino accounts and this is the first one who paid me nothing.my advice is to stay away as i have lots of experience with online gaming and specially live games.The provider of all casinos (evolution gaming) doesnt pay some players from specific online casinos, so no matter how hard you try how many cash you bring theres no return. Accidently deposit 5000 when iPad slipped told them straight away told they would fix it and three mo ths later no return of my money not winnings my actual deposit.5000 insted of 50 .during this time they put us thru verification stress said the money had been sent. It hasnt turned up now they want proof of the account.we have asked what account it went too no response .

DUNDER IS A SCAM SITE 100% !!! They are dishonest criminals!! DUNDER IS DEFINITELY A SCAM SITE! Aside from the $5000 that i was robbed of by Dunder because of all there rigged games, I made a $30 e-transfer deposit recently and my money was never deposited! I continuously emailed them and i never got a response! Then i deposited $100 recently and they gave me a $50 “bonus”. This so called “bonus” would only work for 1 slot game that they of course rig. After that $50 bonus ran out, i figured my last $100 since it is my money i can play on the table games so I tried to bet on roulette and my bets kept getting rejected!!!! Then when i realized that i was getting scammed again i tried to withdraw my own money which was $100 and I my amount displayed showed that I only had $48 available for withdrawal and the other $52 was bonus money!!! How can that be? By now i knew for sure that i was once again getting scammed by these pigs!! I have read all the reviews on here and everyone is saying the same thing! I wish i had found Testpilot before! Also DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 OUT OF 5 REVIEWS ON HERE! THEY ARE FALSE! Its so obvious that they are fake reviews from there friends!! I hope that whoever is running this scam site gets arrested and charged and I hope that KARMA bites them hard and there guilt haunts them forever! There should be a class action lawsuit launched against these thieves! Who knows how much money they are stealing from people! Why has nobody stopped them?? Can anyone give me advice on what to do here in this situation? I want all my money back!! Pleas if anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it! Nz player, made withdrawal on Thursday, was advised on Friday by dunder that money had been processed and was on its way to me, checked my bank Monday lunch time and my $5000 was in my bank, big ups to you Dunder for making it happen so quickly

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected this. Really poor customer service, the worst I have experienced across casino sites. I had an issue with logging in due to a typo on my email when I first set the account up. I could always login due to auto input. But as soon as I got a new phone I could no longer login. So I requested to just close the account in the hope I could set up a new one, went onto chat and they said the business had closed my account. No I don't think so, now I can't login, can't use their site so they clearly don't want my money. Poor poor poor.

Update Update: I am now giving this site a 3 atm instead of a 1. I would of done higher, but the communication was very poor when their live chat was undergoing upgrades for a week.

All money has been deposited into my account. I can now say this site is legit. Just make sure read the terms and conditions, Although I had all my documents verified a team member forgot to hit verified on my E statement document.

I do not play their bonus as I do not wish to deal with all the stipulations that come with them. So make sure you read about those!

Finally I can de-stress, felt like forever lol

Changing my rating and feelings about this site! I have $10,300.00 waiting in withdrawals since my post a week ago. On August 23rd is my 2nd withdrawl of $800x2=$1600 and still no approval, some on the 24th, 25 et totalling $10,300 in a few days (I swear they lure you in a pay out the first time fast to give you a sense of false security so you put in more based on trust! So much for the within 24 hours they claim). I went to go to live chat to see it’s no longer up but a message saying we are upgrading. I’ve sent 2 messages the other day to the info one and Dunder team one, So besides a generic Response with a reference code and a your ticket is being updated. I’m not buying it! Something is amiss. How is it a couple days ago instantly I could speak to live chat with in a minute. And 2 days later I barely get a response? I will give it a few more days then I will be sending in a complaint to MGA complaint link

So I was waiting to receive my deposit before writing a review about Dunder, when I joined I was like oh this is easy, accepted money easily, until they wanted a bunch of info on withdrawal, this part I was not at all impressed with, it was like giving them your first born to get your money with the information they required, yet they took your money easily. I had 4 withdrawals in one day totalling $3400 CAD (Blackjack mostly) I started To panic when I read all these reviews. Having a bit of anxiety as I really needed this money back. Well once I finally gave my estatement and was fully verified, I had an email in a few hours saying my money was on the way, I just looked at my account now, not even 24 hours later and all $3400 in my account safe and sound... I’m not sure if people are not completing their full verification or possibly posting on here before giving them a Chance to deposit but I am impressed with the speed. Phil was a nice guy in technical on help desk. My biggest criticism for their way of doing business is I had more then enough to show my account info was real but they kept insisting on e statement, when I could show my direct deposit info and much more. Otherwise I am impressed!

Similar horror story won 5000 but they won't pay. They are asking for verification documents from even my wife's bank account. There are plenty of other sites that pay you instantly, no verification required. Its a joke verification should be completed before your allowed to deposit anything.

The promo was misleading. Deposited 20 for first deposit soppusedly come with 20 free spin plus 9 more days of 20 free spin. Unfortunately after complaining for a month I never receive any bonus
