Really great customer service. Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time and packaged well. Really great product.

Dunelm is a great store which I visit regularly, I also order click and collect. Their products are very good.
I've deducted a star because it's hard to find a member of staff for help in store and when collecting click and collect there's only usually one person manning the one remaining till and retrieving orders.
I do not like self-service tills, I prefer a till with a human. Please bring them back!

I ordered a sofa, it came damaged. Return organised so another day to wait. New sofa delivered but old one couldn’t be taken away. So then I had to contact Dunelm to arrange pick up as no-one contacted me! Then another day to wait in for collection which I had to box up myself. New sofa also has pulls in which I’ve been given a 15% refund because I neither have the time or the energy to go through that again for another sofa.

Love online shopping with Dunelm so simple and one of my plates arrived broken. They sent out a replacement the next day. Fantastic service

Excellent delivery

The purchasing experience and the product was disappointing, now this is the 3rd request for a review!

Placed an order a few days ago, due to be delivered before 21st April, leaving only tomorrow.

There has been zero progress on the order, tracking still shows are waiting to be processed, and I am supposed to believe it will be prepared, shipped and delivered by tomorrow?!

Ridiculous from Dunelm! Luckily I can get the item from another shop who has a better reputation.

Won’t be buying from Dunelm again.

I placed my order £124 part of my order was as usual very good quality I always buy my bedding from there, 1 duvet set I put it on bed next morning it was a baggy rag, they refused a refund, i washed it was old sack it was very poor quality I couldn't even give it to a charity very disappointed

Friendly staff excellent quality curtains 👌 I will definitely be shopping again and sharing with friends thankyou. I bought blackout bedroom curtains on line in March, and also some at the store for an office and a lounge, all good quality and they were all installed before 7/4/26.
Really impressed with service and had lots of comments from my manager about choices made. So yes good all round. Blessings susannah
