We met with Ken in the show room who patiently talked through all our questions and demonstrated the different windows and fixtures etc without any sales pressure. He was calm, attentive and informative. This was our first time looking into purchasing a window for our home. Ken made us feel very comfortable so that we could take our time to make decisions and later place an order.

After more than ten years the gasket on our door needed replacing. Elise sorted this in a few emails. So easy.
Really pleased with the service. In addition our bi-fold doors have been trouble free for this time

Daniel was incredibly helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly, along with providing notes for us to check with our builder. Excellent service!

I have been dealing with duration windows for years they are without doubt the best company for your window door and roof lights.
The staff and aftersales are amazing nothing is too much trouble they get back to you immediately and are so helpful.
Lots of the windows doors and roof lights I have purchased are for coastal properties we have never had a problem with any of them.

Ken Dantes at Duration was so helpful and knowledgeable. We have been looking to replace a large number of windows in our conservation area property, so the design and look have to match our original windows. Ken provided options and provided a detailed quote with price and specifications very quickly. We are waiting planning permission now, but have been really happy with Duration and most certainly recommend them. They make a great product.

Today i spoke to Courtney about the requirements of my next order. I would recommend her to anyone looking to place an order. She is incredibly knowledgeable across a wide range of products, answered all of my questions and followed up with an email with all the details and brochures attached.
Very different service to what I am used to receiving from other manufacturers.

I have ordered twice form Duration.
This company and the people who work for it are simply great. From start to finish I have been met with informed, helpful, and friendly people. This shouldn’t be unusual but as we all know it so often is.
Dan gave me lots of help with window planning, Willow was always helpful with keeping orders on track and helping me with a window fitting crisis . Elise and Amber were also helpful. So a very good experience - thanks to everyone.

We did a lot of renovation works in 2021 where Duration supplied bifold doors and windows for an outbuilding and Kitchen, since installation we have had absolutely no problems and are very happy with the result, I then contacted Duration windows in January 2025 for a piece of glass for one of the doors with a hole for a cat flap, they had everything on file and were very helpful and quick to provide the glass.

I needed new handles to replace 2 that had failed after 10 years. Lucy Bonham in the after sales job did a great job in identifying what was needed and supplying them.

I live in a conservation area, any replacement windows needed to be sympathetic to the house and area. I visited Duration Windows at a trade exhibition, the team have been great. I subsequently visited the showroom when I met Jon, who was able to identified a suitable option. He provided ongoing support throughout the planning process. Nothing was to much bother for Jon, he always came back quickly, when planning required additional information. Total professional and very helpful, I never felt l was imposing with all additional information requested. Order has been placed.

Courtney was well spoken in her telephone manner/ very helpful and very prompt in coming back to me may I add.
Asked the right questions to get to the bottom of the specification we were pricing for.
