Amber has been very helpful and has been quick getting all the paper work back to us. She is currently talking to production to see if its possible for us to collect the fixed windows for our first Royale stepped order from yourselves REF Meenagh 2 on the 5th of december as we dont have any work for our fitters after that date.

We made an appointment and met with Ken in September who walked us through all the sliding door options available for our conversion, listened to our specific needs and advised accordingly. We're glad that we made a visit in person rather than leave the decision to our builder as we were able to get what we actually want... we almost certainly would have ended up with the wrong style for us had we not. Doors have been ordered and we are hoping to have them installed soon. Can't speak to the delivery but meeting with Ken was extremely helpful.

I spoke to Vicky to organise some replacements gaskets for my alu french doors. She couldn't have been any more helpful or pleasant to deal with. Or efficient; the parts arrived the very next day, delivered to my door by Duration. Fantastic service and Vicky is outstanding at her job and deserves a rise - or at minimum some flowers and chocolates (hopefully her Boss is reading this.... )

Our initial encounter with Duration windows, allowed my wife and I to be ourselves and we quickly realised that having a disability was not seen by this organisation as a hindrance.

The staff member made every effort to speak to my wife who uses a wheelchair, her mannerisms reassured both of us that she genuinely wanted to help.
This level of attenivness to our needs continued throughout each department, even when communicating became an issue their professionalism and concerns were paramount regarding our wellbeing.

Our builder even commented that he found the organisation very helpful when he asked for further information.
We will complete our findings when we take delivery of our skylights. Thank you Duration Windows. (Emma and Charlie)

I have been using Duration Windows for a number of years and I have always found Ken to be very helpful , especially when I have any queries , he is always quick to respond and tries his best to get any problems resolved.

I have recently dealt with Lucy in the after sales department and can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience. She was quick at getting back to me, liaising with other departments and overall extremely helpful. Thank you Lucy!

I dropped in on the spur of the moment to take a look at some windows and doors. Although I hadn’t made an appointment, Ken was happy to take me through some options and print out a price sheet for me before his next meeting.

Had a problem on site, and there tech guy was off that days, so phoned Ken to see if he could help, put himself out to try and help us, and sent me the right info i needed to sort the problem out...
To be fair, if i need any info, Ken is my first point of contact...

I arranged a virtual showroom visit with Ken and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at all the different options and he advised on the features of the various products. This has been invaluable to me in helping to spec the windows for my project and give me a good understanding of the quality of the finished product.

Having recently dealt with Ken, I can honestly say, he has been so helpful and also very knowledgeable with our enquiry. We received a quote back in reasonable time, followed up with a courtesy call to discuss any details. The quote was also reasonable and we look forward to working with Ken at Durations Windows.

The showroom has an excellent selection of sample windows, doors and roof lights and the staff were extremely helpful. I received a detailed quotation within a day and the costs were extremely competitive!

Had our Bifold Doors put in a few years ago - went into the showroom looking for blinds for the bifold met Coral who was amazing with her knowledge and advice - she was so helpful and was not forcing us to buy - we decided there and then we wanted Duration Windows to put the manual blinds in for us - the service was perfect will definitely recommend.

We are a high end residential construction company and we have been using Duration for our doors and windows for nearly 10 years. The staff are always communicative and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Vicky N and she was the perfect ambassador for the company, warm, helpful and knowledgeable.

Contacted Duration regarding an installer required to replace bi- fold sash gasket. Both Lucy and Coral provided timely and effective information to locate an installer in my local area.

From my initial enquiry with Ken some 18months ago , to the final order stage with the surveyor Adam and then Willow in the office , I can highly recommend this company . Answers received promptly, efficient, friendly and professional at all times. Eagerly awaiting the supply and fit of the floating corner post door to make the new room complete !

I visited the showroom to discuss patio doors and a window for a development project and Jon Wade was extremely helpful with his knowledge about the different door and window opportunities. He has handled my queries well by email also and overall it was a great experience. Ordering by email is ok but a visit to the showroom was so, so helpful.

Lucy from the Sales Team really helped me with all details regarding my window order. The quality of the window is great, good value for money and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend the company.
