Lower quality condoms. Bought Durex Original Extra Safe condoms and all split. This caused me a lot of anxiety and I will not recommend that anyone buy condoms from the Durex brand. They're expensive and lower quality. My local sexual health clinic has been giving free Pasante condoms and these have never let me down. They can be found online at a reasonable price too. Also, get tested guys and girls, and folx, it is important and there is no shame in that. Take care.

I placed an order with Durex online for safety supplies , quite a large order , at quite some cost . As soon as ive payed for the order upcomes a 15% of Code , not shown before or whilst placing my order , just appears as soon as i have Completed the Transaction and Cant be applied to my Order , disappointed isnt the word .order DURUK#282401. Not really what i would have Expected from a Worldwide renowned cOMPANY .

Ye i met a petite woman down the river of scottish ground and i was so lucky i had the baby prevention device in my pantaloon’s pocket. We hit it off in a good old Irish pub and then i took her home and showed her my dilly dally with the baby prevention device on. Only in my mid fifties am I writing this. Durex apart from three times did they ever break. Had a great time besides and even then.

Order dispatched and has been stopped/stolen/lost by Evri .I have been watching Evri site for progress of delivery, nothing . Complaint lodge with Durax about non delivery and requested a refund. Was advised, tracking stated still at Evri and I should wait a few days.
Why should I wait when clearly Evri are at fault and I have waited 7 days .
Still haven't received a refund from Durex

Find that most of the time they split, me and my partner have been using durex for years. But the quality is rubbish now.

I ordered a bundle and a key item was missing (the most expensive coincidentally). Send them two messages to resend or refund and costumer service did not even reply.

Very irresponsible service. Never going to order again.

Bought a vibr of their on Wednesday night was due 1-2 days still no come. Don't recommend better off Amazon

Brought a pleasure box and one of the items was missing. They knew this and emailed me about it saying I would receive it separately but 4 months on and it's not arrived.

Also the cock ring did not work.

They asked for proof of both so sent them photo of box, the email regarding the missing item would be sent out, and a video of cock ring not working and not had a response.

Awful customer service

I am very disapointed by Customer services if there is one in this Company.
Avoid using them as they never replied to my complaint on they website and 3 Months have passed.

I bought a box that said Super thin Feel and they were they WORST I ever used and NOT super thin at all.

Ordered 8/4/23 & item still not dispatched. Contacted customer services multiple times & the response I got is 'due to large amount of orders, your order has been slightly delayed. It is expected to be shipped as soon as possible' Useless response as I still have no idea when said items will be dispatched. Requested refund via online form again & promised response in two days but not holding my breath. Very disappointed.

Offer was too good to miss out, went for the express delivery option arrived 2 weeks later.👏 customer service have to manually record your information to pass on to another team just tell you days later that the reason for delayed delivery is because we are out of stock. Product quality was amazing.

If the integrity of Durex’s products are as weak as its Customer Services help …!!!

Does Durex Customer Care Department actually exist??

I placed an Order on 11 March and expected the items in the 2-4 days response target posted on Durex UK webpage.

I received Durex email confirmation of its receipt of my Order immediately after placing it and received a receipt and Order number.

Since that time, I have not received any communication from Durex concerning my Order’s delivery date, nor to its despatch status.

Having attempted to use the Tracking Tool on the Durex UK website, I discovered that the Order Number (the same one that Durex sent me) informs me that “it is not recognized”.

I have made numerous attempts to track my Order using the Order number Durex sent me. The Durex webpage’s Tracking tool does not recognise my Order number.

I have sent two separate email requests for the Company’s assistance for information. The automatic response I received promised a response within 1-2 days.

Neither email has been dealt with and I have not received a response to either.

Durex’s Customer Care is extremely poor. Any claims made in its website concerning its “targets” for dealing with customer queries are incorrect and non-existent from my personal experience. It does not appear to “care” about its customers and reflects, perfectly, its poor attitude.

The Durex brand name was once one that I could trust. After this on-going episode, that “reputation” is not one Durex can rightly feel proud of. One has to wonder at the abysmal and appalling customer service failures many customers are currently experiencing.

I feel like I have been robbed. I used this company as they are a big brand so I thought it would be safe, I was wrong. I bought my products 2nd January and I have not revived them. It is now 26th January. I have called them 3 times and sent emails. Each time they apologise and say they will send my details off to someone who can help me. (They have hired another company to talk to their customers, this company cannot see any orders or help the customers at all) It has been over 3 weeks and no one has reached out to contact me. I have no contact with anyone from Durex what so ever. I have no idea where my parcel is or my money.

My order was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 business days and when this did not happen, I dropped them a couple of emails enquiring about it.
I got a reply only after 15 days of placing order that it has been cancelled and as a compensation to they wanted to give a 20 percent off coupon.
When their website often has promotions with 25-50 percent discounts so what would one do with their compensation for order cancellation.
I would say this is highly unreliable company with 0 sense of customer support.

Very bad customer experience. Item sent to wrong address and support emails being ignored for over 3 weeks. No reply what so ever.

USELESS, AVOID THIS SELLER

UPDATE: In the meantime, got 2x (only bought 1) items on the correct address. Never got a response from support but looks like someone reads it...

I placed an order nearly two months ago now and one of the items I received was completely wrong. When I contacted the customer service team to notify them of this, they said to email with pictures so that they could send me the correct items, which I did. Since then, almost 6 weeks has past, I have sent multiple emails with no response. Really unhappy with their customer service and carelessness to send me the wrong item in the first place. I won’t be a returning customer.

I do not advise anyone to use the ring of this company or others, as it causes very large infections, beware!
