I bought a Wacom Tablet through my personal company, but apparently the delivery guys couldn't find my home as it didn't look like company but a private home...
So no delivery happened, asked if they could leave it at a drop off point but Dustin won't allow that for companies...
Now they tell me I can get credit back but for what? If Bring can't find me?
Thanks for wasting my time and money
Fradulent prices
Ordered a few pc components and with tax on a receipt they sent me the price was 550€ which is way different from the price after ordering on the website which shot up to 623€. The site where you can cancel your order does not work either.

Customer Service told me that "I do what I want"
After 1 year of use I sent back a TV of 13.000 DKK because some distracting black spots started to appear on the screen. Instead of a refund or sending a new TV, I waited 4 weeks to get back the same TV with a broken screen. Then another week passed with Dustin pointing fingers between me and the courier company.
Finally, after 5 long weeks of waiting, they decided to stop playing around with my money and send the refund without any compensation whatsoever for my trouble. Then the customer service guy told me that now "I do what I want".
Most definitely the single worst experience I had with a webshop. Never bother with them.

customer support is non existent.
The chat on the website does not work and don't even try calling them since they wont pick up during work hours anyway. They also refuse to respond by email which leaves you no choice but to accept that you lost your money. It's hopeless to even try to contact their support staff. I never got my product, seems like a scam website.

A massive help
Dustin was massively accommodating even after the purchase. I had mistakenly thought I ordered a keyboard in US layout. Instead of them saying it was unresolvable because the package had already been opened, they took the time to see if it was possible to exchange and they made the process easy. Amazing support and a huge recommendation for going out of their way when they didn't have to.

Great Customer Service, problematic product
I received a product in discount but apparently was not working as it should. However, my whole experience changed due to a great customer service. They fully refunded my purchase.

Not recommended for business purchases
Totally not recommended for business purchases. Disappointed and not at all willing to do any more purchases from Dustin as they do not take a product return if the box is opened, not even if it is after first day of receiving the product. This is against consumer rights.

They are just clickbaits! Sell items without stock
These people are just scammers. They sold me items without having them in stock so basically clickbait, now my son doesn’t have a present for Christmas.
They took my money from my bank account and I had to contact them several days after for an explanation. Their answer was: “It’s your fault because it’s common sense to check if the product is in stock or not”. Common sense is actually not selling and not taking people’s money for a product that you don’t actually have, basically applying the old fraudulent technique of: “You should have read the small letters”
The solution would be pretty simple, don’t deceive people using dark UX patterns and don’t allow people to complete the purchase if the item is not in stock (common sense), but they won’t do this because they use your money to keep their business going.

Worst retailer we deal with.
We have been buying screens for our company from Dustin for nearly two years, and this year we had problems with two screens (one stopped working the other arrived damaged) and while I understand they don't manufacturer or deliver the screens, their customer service is some of the worst we have experienced. They offer no real support and no solutions to help resolve the issues. Once they have the money, they wash their hands of you as a customer. This isn't based on one issue or one interaction, but several interactions with several people. None of our other suppliers have this little regard for their customers.

Poor company
I ordered a printer in February. Still haven't gotten it.
Last time I called them they blamed the ship that where stocked in Panama.
DON'T purchase from this company unless you want to wait forever.
Defective google pixel phone
Defective google pixel phone, was Not fixed and complaint denied, because the phone had normal signs of use.
Non visible dirt in speaker and scratches.
As the phone is clearly defective. Continues to restart, and it seems to be a Google pixel sw problem - this i not acceptable.

They sent a defective screen and they just can't replace it.
The screen stopped working 3 days after buying it, when I reported it they said that they just don't have an estimate time which they can handle the case, also they said that they couldn't refund the money. Basically, they are not able to help me and they act as they just don't care.
Not recommended.

2 week shipping time? Where is same day/next day delivery as promised?
When you buy a pc which is in stock and you are promised 1 day delivery, but then 8 days later you still dont have the item. Apparently it doesnt matter whether you buy something with full stock or not, they will privatly decide to whom they will send the products. Seriously how can a company like that do stupid things like this? And apparently there are ten maybe hundreds of people who had the same experience. But unfortunatly no matter if you buy the item which is in stock or not, you might not get your item for 2 or 3 weeks just because they decide to give your item to someone else... This company is 100% not recommended if you care about your time. One of the worst customer service..

Ordered a headset (Sony EDR-650) and unfortunately found a faulty connection. I complained and received a new pair immediately. Unfortunately the second headset had the same error as the first one, however they were quick to offer a new choice and ended up sending me a more expensive headset, all within a couple of days. Excellent service.
