Worst company, they turn of their phones. Their customer service reps are almost illeterate and so rude. Do Not Use Dusupay for any transactions. It's a company set up by a 5 year old

Dusupay is very reliable to withdraw funds from Deriv to mpesa.but it just disappeared without any notice leaving people who deposited through it stranded on time of withdrawal.......is it mantaince or withdrawal using Dusupay is over?

Withdrawals take long, very long withdrawal time what do you mean I have to wait for 5 days for Mpesa withdrawals to reflect?

This has been the best option for withdrawing money from my templer trading account here in Kenya, directly to my mpesa. Initially I was using skrill after they removed the direct mpesa withdrawal. Right now dusupay is better than Skrill and I get to save alot especially on charges

The worst method of payment ever, shouldn't even be operational. Can never recommend it. I lost my money, payment doesn't reflect on my trading account, and customer care are unreachable.

I made payment on Sunday 3 July. My money didn't reflect on my trading account even now. I'm contacting them they are busy telling me about my bank, saying that my money reversed. I'll never make payment using dusupay option, never.

Communication with employees is very poor. There is no or half response to questions. The fee is expensive compared to the poor service and product quality. After the transition to the new platform (suddenly without any warning), the email alerts on new payments no longer work. And the employees cannot / do not want to repair this. Tanzania would be added as a new country within a few weeks, but has been going on for months, etc ... Dusupay is definitely not recommended for your e-commerce business. As soon as there is a good PSP alternative, I will leave this arrogant and expensive club.

I got locked out of my account due to failed login attempts. I have sent a mail to info@ dusupay, when will I get a reply?

You are good at creating account for new members, but you don't have a working support. The account that I opened that I can use for payment gateway and you counting me as one of your active customers. No follow up, no account officer, nothing.

I need Merchant ID and Security MacKey from you to integrate it my e-commerce website and you couldn't provide it.

Hello, thank God and am glad for this review, I tried contacting customer service severally via email of my difficulty signing into my account wanted to get my customer ID but no response whatsoever and was wondering what was going ion till date I haven't received any and still having difficulty getting my merchant ID thanks please if this could be resolved for me was to use it for my online store thanks

Dusupay did NOT complete my transaction and took over 30 days to respond to my query.... Still following on my re-fund.

I got in touch with dusupay few weeks ago but their service delivery has been outstanding so far. Their legal team is up to the task and general service is as fast as the speed of lightening

I sent a message requesting information and how to get the API. That was mud 2019 till date nothing. No reply even filled the contact form nothing also.
