An honest genuflection for miss Noaëlle
I heard a noise about dear miss Noaëlle, the most charming, witty lady I have ever met, that she discriminated a customer? That must be a false accusation since I have never experienced something like that in this marvellous sigarshop. Therefore I would like to correct this negative picture concerning miss N. She is so adorable that after the shop is closed I have often phantasies, making music with her or stepping into a small boat with her for a very romantic outing, so please no bitterness about miss Noaëlle, since she represents the fin the fleur of this shop! I know for sure since I come here since 2001!

I have used your services over quite a…
I have used your services over quite a number of years now and cannot fault it. Yet again once my order was placed delivery was within 7 days and had no delays.
In addition there was one order a couple of years ago that went awol. This was not your fault but rather Parcel Force in the UK, who were compleatly unhelpful. Fortunately having insured the delivery once we had established the order was not going to arrive, you claimed on the insurance and the second package duly arrived within 7 days.
Your service continues to be excellent and I look forward to placing my next order at a future date.
