I need to update this complaint about Rhino. I did not know this company and when they sent me mail I saw it as spam and blocked it. It turns out they are a financial service that is a third-party vendor at Landmark @ Prescott Woods. Applicants can finance their $250 security deposit using this firm. I have a statement of the status of my rental contract from the apartment management indicating I paid the security deposit myself. Rhino on their initiative last week decided to charge my bank account using the replacement bank card issued after Rhino previously charged my bank. Chase reversed the original charge and sent me a new card. The apartment managers are very kind but prone to abuse from third-party vendors.

I was very pleased with the service and the process was exactly as shown on the website. Even when I had a query I was able to contact DYR by telephone and get help.
I would recommend DYR without hesitation for simple and rapid boat registration.

I contacted DYR late one evening to enquire about how to register my yacht which I needed to reflag as it was based in Greece (complicated story). I had an immediate response and the registration was completed later that evening! Brilliant. The hard copy certificate was couriered a few days later. It couldn't have been smoother.
