Love my pergola quality product as everything else I buy from duxburys

Disappointing to say the least.
We have been to Duxburys many times but on this visit we didn’t know it had changed to just a Garden Furniture place.
We travelled from out of town for a potter round to look at what we were used to looking at all the lovely furniture and gifts, pet stuff etc but there was nothing whatsoever.
A total waste of time and petrol

Excellent customer service. Wide range of quality garden furniture knowledgeable staff very polite. We had an issue with delivery dates and had to change them on numerous occasions, it was dealt with very professionally with no issues. We would highly recommend Duxburys Garden Furniture

Being a relatively local company we were very pleased when they happily price matched the cheapest price we found on the internet for our pergola. They also changed the delivery date at our request without hesitation so all in all excellent service by Duxburys (thanks to Emma).

Very impressed with the vast selection on show. We were allowed to spend as much time as we liked choosing the furniture without being hassled.

Prompt delivery for large items.

Visited after feeling frustrated by only a few options in nearby garden centres etc and discovered Duxburys by chance. Excellent choice of products, lots of different options and was made to feel welcome by staff. Service by Clare was very good.

Great experience ordering from Duxburys again. Ordered the item online after visiting the showroom to look at the Pergola and privacy screens in the flesh.

Staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable and helpful and after going home to confirm some measurements, we ordered online which was quick and painless.

Within a few hours of ordering we received a call from Emma to see if it was okay if they delivered the items the following morning, which we weren't expecting, but it was a pleasant surprise.

The following morning, everything was delivered in the agreed timeslot and the delivery was done with care considering the size and weight of the items.

Overall very happy with every part of the process and id highly recommend using Duxburys based on my experience.

Amazing service from Duxburys, very polite member of staff (Emma) who knew what the stock levels were, very cheerful in her attitude and approach to customers queries.
The delivery took two days from placement of order. And arrived in Cornwall as promised the best service we have had for a very long time. We would both recommend Duxburys for any future purchases.

We recently purchased a Rocking & Reclining Bistro Set In Natural- Bowness by Vila online. We received a phone call the very same day to arrange delivery. During this call we decided to visit the showroom in Preston to view our purchase. Couldn’t be happier. Very comfortable and great quality. All the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable and welcoming. We made further purchases of cushions and a parasol. We also ended up changing out the table that was part of the set for a Firepit Table. Nothing was too much trouble. Gary who actually delivered our order was brilliant. Again we received great customer care. Our whole experience has been outstanding. A great company selling quality products with excellent knowledge and customer care at the forefront.

Lovely water features with lights gives a great look to steps from top terrace to the garden and one on the bottom terrace now debating another one for the bottom but will have to wait for sale easily fitted, quick delivery unfortunately one had a leak at the bottom but easily fixed. Sound and look beautiful made our garden feel like a sanctuary.

Great advice and information given on items we showed interest in when we visited the showroom. The team were welcoming and friendly but not pushy.
Ordering was easy, delivery was quickly arranged and received as planned.
Would highly recommend.
