Do not buy from this company

I ordered some items from this company back in August and I still haven't received one of the items I ordered (now October). There has been no update from them, I have tried to contact them via email, contact form on the website and by phone. I managed to get through once on the phone and someone told me they would cancel my order if they couldn't get the item to me within the next week. This did not happen. Tried to contact them again a couple of weeks later and finally got a reply from the website saying they were having supply problems of some items, no offer of a refund given how long I'd been waiting. Still waiting for a reply to my request for a refund. Nightmare!!!
