Great product shipped fast. Unfortunately USPS lost the first item I ordered. A short email to customer service was promptly responded to with the option to refund or re-ship. I chose to have them ship again and had the item in hand very quickly.
Customer service was professional and very prompt with responses.

This company put a 6 pound metal item with sharp edges into a single box with no packing or padding and through a shipping label on it and needles to say it poked through the box and damaged my item and now wants to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility and sending one properly packaged for shipping only recourse I guess is BBB and IDAHO CONSUMERS PROTECTION i think I have bought my last item until this is resolved or maybe I'll just stop payment

Purchased an upper receiver. From order to front door was under 10 days which is always nice. I’m in AZ so a lot of shipping is usually 4-5 days plus packing time and I think I submitted to order late Friday as well. All in all item arrived promptly, was packaged well, and was on a good sale as well so I can’t complain. Will definitely order again.

Great Experience, but Be Aware of Ordering while out of the country - it Causes Order Delays

Overall, I had a great experience with this company. Their service was reliable, and the product met my expectations. However, if you're traveling overseas and placing an order that ships to a U.S. address, be prepared for potential delays. They flagged my order and questioned whether I was out of the country and if the item would remain in the U.S. This verification process caused a 3-4 week delay.Still, I would order from them again!
